A SURGERY fan has spent over £92,000 on cosmetic procedures and admitted to being “addicted to looking good.”
Ashley, a spicy content creator from New York, has had not just one or two but four Brazilian Butt Lifts (BBLs) and has now booked in for her fifth.
But despite being accused of looking like an “ant,” Ashley claimed she will never stop going under the knife.
Revealing all to Truly, the influencer, who has racked up 267,000 followers on Instagram, explained: “I’ve spent $125,000 [£92,565] on plastic surgery so far and I’m not stopping. I’m going for my fifth BBL, I want more.
“I’ve had four BBLs, a lower facelift, my breasts done, a tummy tuck, vaginoplasty.
“Do I think I’m addicted to plastic surgery? No, but I’m addicted to looking good. When I look good, I make lots of money.”

But luckily for Ashley, she hasn’t had to pay for all of her surgeries herself, as she added: “Someone sent me $20,000 [£14,800] just to walk around my house naked – that’s how I paid for my last surgery.”
And looking good for Ashley isn’t just down to expensive surgeries, as she also spends just under £2,000 a month on her hair and almost £6,000 on pedicures, manicures and massages every four weeks.
However, her expensive look has caused concern amongst her loved ones, with her stepbrother Breezy, particularly worried about her health.
Ashley, who is constantly stared at in public, shared: “My stepbrother sometimes tells me I have an ant-shaped body – I kind of do, but I’m a queen ant.”
To this, Breezy acknowledged: “I thought it was just a phase, but now it’s looking a bit out of control.
“I fear for Ashley’s safety. Sometimes you gotta tell them the truth – you’re doing too much, chill out now.”
But despite her sibling’s concerns, Ashley has booked even more surgeries for 2026.
Not only is she travelling to the Dominican Republic for a fifth BBL, but she’s also booked facial work in Turkey too.

Worried about Ashley, Breezy gasped: “Isn’t a BBL the most dangerous surgery of them all? I’ve been reading stuff all the time saying somebody died on the chair or died on the table.”
But this surgery fan isn’t phased, as she set the record straight and gushed: “Do I ever think I will stop getting plastic surgery? No. Absolutely not.”
What are Brazilian Butt Lifts and why are they so popular?
Buttock enlargement surgery – known as a Brazilian butt-lift (BBL) – is used to make the bum look bigger, rounded and lifted.
Surgeons transfer fat, inject filler or insert silicone-filled implants.
It is the fastest growing cosmetic procedure but also one of the most dangerous, according to the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS).
Many patients are travelling to the likes of Turkey or seeking out unregistered surgeons in the UK and are not given full information on the risks.
BBLs carry the highest risk of all cosmetic surgeries – with more than one death occurring per 4,000 procedures.
Due to celebrities undergoing such ops, many women are hoping to emulate their looks.
Consultant clinical psychologist Dr Anu Sayal-Bennett, a chartered member of the British Psychological Society, told the BBC: “Despite there being so much about body positivity, there are pressures for women – and men too – to look a certain way.”
Many people travel abroad for the procedure because it is cheaper and advertising is “terribly seductive”, combined with the idea of a beach holiday, added Dr Sayal-Bennett.
While Ashley has been called “beautiful” and “perfect” by admirers, she has also found herself subject to social media hate.
Not only has she been told that her bum is “too big” and been advised to “get a refund,” but she also reflected: “Some of the assumptions people make about me is that I’m not educated or that I don’t have anything else going on in life besides shaking my butt online.”
Social media users react
YouTube users were left stunned by Ashley’s love of surgery and many eagerly raced to the comments to share their thoughts.
One person said: “Money is a dangerous thing in the wrong hands.”

Another added: “Stepbrother seems really smart and caring. She would do well to listen to him.”
A third warned: “In 20 years the back pain will be so bad you will have no life but pain!”
Meanwhile, someone else chimed in and questioned: “The doctors who do this should lose their licence immediately!!! How is this even legal???”
Not only this, but another gasped: “This woman has a death wish!”
