THERE’S no doubt we all love a Christmas pyjama set, especially if they’re selling for a cheap price.
But Primark shoppers have left people shocked after a group of customers were seen climbing over each other to get a pair.
One witness to the chaos was a woman who goes by Brunette Aff on TikTok, and she decided to film the desperate shoppers.
In the clip, a large group of women can be seen pushing to the front of the newly laid out Christmas pyjamas in the Blanchardstown, Dublin store.
As they pushed and shoved each other to get a pair, three security guards could be seen next to the crowd to make sure things didn’t get out of hand.
Speaking to Fabulous, the young woman said: “Everyone was losing it over basic Christmas PJs, and I couldn’t stop laughing.
“The way they’d been waiting and jumped on them was unreal!”
The £17 boyfriend pyjamas come in cream and have pink lining and red bows printed on them.
And it’s clearly the must-have pair for Christmas this year.
As they scurried away with the goods, many of the shoppers could be seen holding multiple pairs of them.
She claimed that one security guard, who was making sure the crowd behaved, said they were taking them to resell online.
“Yes, I’ve been told by a security guard that they resell them on eBay,” she commented on the post.
The fashion and beauty influencer was watching the crowd from a distance and could be heard laughing in shock at the chaos that ensued.
“I definitely won’t forget that moment — it was absolutely madness and so funny to watch,” she added.
The clip quickly went viral on her TikTok account @brunette_aff with over 1.1 million views and 58k likes.

Fabulous’ Deputy Fashion Editor on why Primark PJs are so popular
ABBY McHale reveals why Primark is renowned for its nightwear section.
Taking over large sections of the stores it has everything from trend led satin styles, to fluffy Disney PJ’s and everything in between.
Plus it means you can head to bed looking and feeling good without having to break the bank.
It’s also a great place to bag yourself a pyjama dupe.
Last year Primark had a great version of the Skims pyjamas and its latest dupe is that from Victoria’s Secret.
The pink striped pyjamas are a great match for that of the American lingerie brand, I even have a pair myself.
They’re lightweight, super comfortable and only a fraction of the price – what’s not to love.
Meanwhile a fourth said: “I’m sorry, they are not even that nice.”
“They have security for pyjamas,” claimed a fifth.
Someone else added: “If someone ever catches me in Primark fighting for pyjamas, please put me down.”
