‘I checked this release tonight and found that the woman has always been in the film, even in 2001. This doesn’t mean a ton, but it does mean that it’s not a Netflix thing and an edit in this spot didn’t happen to the film between 2002 and today,’ the user wrote.
Some users became so invested in the mysterious woman that they began comparing the photo to members of the cast and crew of the film.

While users continued to investigate the source of the mysterious image, with some suggesting it could be the wife of one of the producer’s, it remains unsolved.
