
A PENSIONER has been rushed to hospital after allegedly being stabbed by a stranger armed with scissors.
Cops have charged Orlando Foster, 25, after the reported attack in Chatham, Kent, on Saturday afternoon.

Kent Police said: “Orlando Foster, 25, has been charged with wounding with intent, causing actual bodily harm and making threats with a bladed weapon in public.
“The British national, of Jeffery Street, Gillingham, was remanded in custody until his first appearance at Medway Magistrates’ Court on Monday 16 March.
“In response to this incident, increased patrols will be present in the area.
“Enquiries are continuing into the circumstances, however it is believed to be an isolated incident.”
