
A 90-YEAR-old woman has tragically died in hospital after a horror collision that saw a car plough into a house.
The incident, which involved a yellow Ford KA, happened in Saughall, Chester, on December 1.
Both the driver, a 78-year-old woman and the passenger, a 90-year-old woman, were rushed to hospital after the horror smash.
Sadly, the passenger has since died in hospital.
Her next of kin have been informed and are being supported by specialist officers.
The driver remains in hospital at this time and an investigation into the collision remains ongoing.
Detective Sergeant Russell Sime: “This is an incredibly sad incident, and we have been working to establish the exact circumstances of what took place.
“To aid us, we are asking anyone who witnessed what happened and has not already spoken to police to get in touch with us.
