SIR Paul McCartney got such a kick from seeing Oasis play live he had to film some of it.
The Beatles great, 83, joined wife Nancy Shevell, 65, and a string of A-listers to see the Gallagher brothers in Pasadena, California, on Saturday night.

Macca, part of the Fab Four who were such a massive influence on Oasis, recorded a video as they belted out Little By Little.
Liam, 52, and Noel, 58, looked close on stage as they entered the third month of their Live ’25 reunion tour.
Other celebrities in the crowd included actress Salma Hayek, 59, singer Rita Ora, 34, and Hollywood star Leonardo DiCaprio, 50.
Meanwhile, a set of football shirts worn by Oasis when they sponsored a pub team in 1995/96 fetched £2,355 at auction.
The rockers supported the Boltmaker’s Arms, in Keighley, West Yorkshire, because two of their roadies came from the town.
Last month The Sun revealed the Beatles legend will release a new album next year, as well as hitting the road on a nationwide tour.
Insiders said that Macca, whose last album McCartney III came out in 2020, has finished 90 per cent of his new album and hopes to have it finished and mastered by the end of the year.
A source said: “Paul has been working on the album all year and initially hoped it would be out by the end of this year but as with most things plans change.
“It’s not quite finished but the majority of the album is done and Paul is really proud of it.
“As for live shows he’s told his team he wants to tour the UK again, so live gigs next year are also happening.”
