It has now come to light how ITV‘s “golden girl”, 34, was never legally married.

It has plunged the channel into a major crisis because they had featured her “wedding” proposal, plans and “marriage” to Gillingham footballer Bradley Dack – with whom she has now separated – across three series.

Proving her shows must, quite literally, go on, Olivia posted an update from the airport.

She took her snap from in front of Virgin Atlantic’s Upper Class Ticket Desk and bag drop.

GETTING LIPPY

Olivia Attwood spotted kissing Pete weeks before romance reportedly started

WHITE LIE WEDDING

Olivia and Bradley were never legally married despite TV show on nuptials

The presenter, who shared a very public kiss in London with TOWIE’s Pete Wicks last week, added the caption: “On that note, one way ticket to Timbucktu thank you!”

She made reference to the scandal surrounding her in an earlier Instagram Story.

Olivia shared scenes showing her lip-syncing to the words: “Is it me, am I the drama?

“I don’t think I’m the drama.

‘Maybe I am”.

Last night, in the latest twist in the ongoing saga of her love split from Bradley, 32, Olvia confirmed their TV nuptials — in which she wore a £30,000 wedding dress and exchanged vows — were not legal.

The discovery raises the prospect the channel could take legal action over fears they have been duped by Olivia’s secret, and regulator Ofcom could launch an investigation.

Fans have accused the channel of deceiving them after they watched the couple tie the knot at the end of a 20-episode run of ITVX show Olivia Meets Her Match.

She had even changed her name to Olivia Attwood-Dack, using that in her frequent appearances on ITV1’s Loose Women.

It followed the couple’s proposal and wedding plans.

The third and final series was retitled Olivia Marries Her Match.

Olivia and Bradley held a £200,000 ceremony for 80 guests at the five-star Bulgari hotel in London’s Knightsbridge in June 2023.

Yet the wedding has been revealed to be a sham, as the union has not been logged with the General Register Office, the archive of all marriages and civil partnerships for England and Wales.

Olivia’s camp has claimed that the couple had planned to complete paperwork at a register office near their home in Cheshire six weeks after the wedding.

But they failed to ever sign anything as “Olivia uncovered a number of mistruths” and that her inability to trust Bradley “forced her hand in not being able to legally bind their union”.

A telly source said: “There were crisis meetings at ITV yesterday after this bombshell sent shockwaves around the network as bosses were under the impression that Olivia was married legally and it looks as if they didn’t do their due diligence.

“She always acknowledged him as her husband and used his name, so there was never any need to question the matter.

“ITV would never dream of intentionally trying to deceive their viewers and appreciate the severity of the revelation.

“The show now looks like a cash grab from Olivia and Bradley and makes a mockery of her fanbase”.

Olivia’s split from her footballer husband Bradley earlier this year, following a “breach of trust” from his side.

And in more drama surrounding Olivia’s personal life, her connection with Pete Wicks is again under the spotlight after their snog.

Olivia was said to scream, punch the air and beam in delight after they smooched in front of their pals.

The signs to their hidden love story have now come to light – and the exact date they became more than mates is confirmed.

The pair struck up their initially secret, gushing romance following her split from ex Bradley.

Pals initially insisted “there was no overlap”.

Yet sources have now told The Sun she was seen pole dancing and kissing Pete weeks before their romance reportedly began.
