Oasis’ Liam Gallagher fuels rumours band are about to announce Knebworth 2026

Former England and Arsenal captain Tony, 59, who appeared in Strictly in 2022, bought the sprawling home in 2002 with his wife Poppy Teacher.

Last year Liam and fiancée Debbie Gwyther rented another mansion in the Cotswolds for £19,000 a month.

And The Sun on Sunday revealed in February that Liam was looking to buy a house in the area which is also home to footie hero David Beckham, X-Factor boss Simon Cowell and model Kate Moss.

Liam’s new home is just a stone’s throw from the rented mansion.

His team, Man City, are in a race for the Premier League title with Adams’ former club Arsenal.

In July Liam reunited with brother Noel, 58, for the Oasis tour, marking the band’s first live show in 16 years.

The 41-date tour spanned 13 countries on five continents with new statistics showing that the band raked in £303million.

It comes as the brothers are rumoured to be ready to announce dates at City’s Etihad Stadium in Manchester and Knebworth in Hertfordshire.

Meanwhile, Liam revealed on X that he had been struck down with vomiting bug norovirus over Christmas.

BAND ‘TRIGGER’

OASIS recordings and films have been given trigger warnings.

The documentary for Noel and Liam Gallagher, and the lads’ epic 1996 gig at Knebworth, Herts, was rated suitable for over 15s, by the British Board of Film Classification.

It warns of “very strong language” and “scenes in which people smoke marijuana joints, as well as verbal references to drug misuse”.
