A NURSERY worker has been charged with 15 sexual offences against nine girls.
Vincent Chan, 45, is accused of nine counts of taking an indecent photograph, or pseudo-photograph, of a child.
Many of the images are thought to fall into the most serious category.
He is also accused of six counts of acts outraging public decency.
In a separate case, Chan, of North London, pleaded guilty last month to 26 child sexual abuse offences committed against four victims.
The charges he faced included sexual assault of a child, taking indecent images and making indecent images of children.
He is due to be sentenced for those crimes on Friday and will now face an additional hearing tomorrow.
Chan remains in custody ahead of the proceedings, which will take place at Wood Green crown court.
Chan, born in Britain of Chinese heritage, worked at the nursery from 2017 to 2024, joining as an art teacher.
Bright Horizons has shut the nursery and commissioned an external review.
The abuse case is the worst since Vanessa George was unmasked for sex attacks at Little Ted’s nursery in Plymouth in 2009.
George, now 65, was jailed for a minimum of seven years and released in 2019 despite refusing to show remorse.
