A FLORIDA nurse was allegedly caught having sex with her 15-year-old stepson by her husband when he came home from work.
Alexis Von Yates, 35, reportedly seduced her partner’s son for weeks, repeatedly telling him she was “horny”.

The nurse has been charged with sexual battery of a teenager, which she denies, and had her medical licence revoked.
The teen was visiting his dad and Yates in Ocala, Florida, for the summer vacation, Law & Crime reported.
On July 26, 2024, Yates reportedly put her own two children to bed and joined her stepson on the living room couch.
The pair used a THC vape, played video games and watched movies, according to the arrest document.
Yates’s husband – the boy’s father – is a lineman, so often worked late.
At around 1am, Yates put on a horror movie and further seduced her stepson, telling him how bored and horny she was, the teen told cops.
Yates reportedly said “she had not had sex in two weeks and she was on her period”.
The pair then cuddled closer and began making out, with Yates saying: “I wish you were 18, because you’re not old enough,” according to the affidavit.
They then engaged in oral sex and intercourse without a condom, according to the arrest document.
The boy’s father unexpectedly arrived home and walked in to find his wife and son completely naked on the couch, the affidavit says, before the 15-year-old ran from the house.
He reportedly heard Yates explain that the son looked like his father when he was younger.
The dad then drove his son to his grandparents’ house, telling the boy he had “ruined his life” while drinking a beer, according to court documents.
Yates allegedly flirted with her stepson for weeks during his stay.
She allegedly said: “I bet everyone thought you were my little boy toy,” as the pair left a gym.

And another time, she allegedly made whipped cream, put some on her tongue and stuck it out at the teen, asking: “Oh, you like that?”
The stepson told cops that Yates repeatedly told him she was “horny” in the week leading up to the alleged sex.
She even called the boy the day after the incident to say she wished they had kept having sex undisturbed by her husband, the affidavit said.
The dad did not call the cops, leading to a concerned family member anonymously reporting the allegations instead, and Yates was arrested in November.
Confirming that Yates had lost her licence, the Florida Department of Health said: “Nurses are placed in a position of trust.
“Therefore, it is imperative that they demonstrate good judgment and good moral character.
“Ms. Yates’ decision to engage in sexual activity with a minor child and/or her decision to engage in oral and penetrative sex indicates that she lacks the good judgement and moral character necessary to be a registered nurse.”
Yates is charged with felony lewd or lascivious battery with a victim aged 12 to 16. She has pleaded not guilty and awaits trial.
