NEWLY-SINGLE Tina O’Brien has jetted out of the country for New Year’s after the heartbreaking loss of her father and her split from Adam Fable.
The Coronation Street star, 42, is hoping to put her difficult year behind year as she rings in 2026 with a well-deserved break.
Tina took to her Instagram stories yesterday to share a boomerang of her enjoying a glass of bubbly at the airport.
As she smiled for the camera in a black cap, planes could be seen behind her as she waited for her flight to board.
Her holiday comes after she revealed last month that her beloved dad had passed away.
Sharing an emotional statement on social media, she wrote: ““I’ve been a little quiet on here.
“My dad died recently. I haven’t quite known how to put it into words.
“My heart is very heavy but I’m grateful he is no longer suffering.”
Tina added: “Thank you to everyone who’s held me steady through this difficult time.
“I love you. You mean the world to me.”
She ended her statement with a rainbow, star, heart and praying hands emoji.
As if the heartbreak of losing her parent wasn’t enough, just a week later, she split with boyfriend Adam after just four months of dating.
The ITV star had gone official with the millionaire businessman in the summer and they both made their first public outing at her co-star Jack P. Shepherd’s wedding in July.
The relationship came just four months after the end of her marriage to personal trainer Adam Crofts.
However, the two were clearly not to be as she ended things with him last month.
Insiders said that the Sarah Platt actress called time on the relationship after she felt it “wasn’t going anywhere” and she didn’t think it was “going to last”.
The mum-of-two was said to be concerned that she was putting energy into something that didn’t have longevity, reported the Mail.
Tina’s outcome is said to have shocked Adam, 38, who believed they had a real future.
The soap star took the move to remove all photos of her and Adam from her Instagram as she cut her final ties with him.
Photos of their romantic getaway to Greece in September were also deleted.
The pair were understood to have met through friends in Cheshire where they both live.
In July, Tina brought her then boyfriend to the Jack P. Shepherd’s star-studded wedding and the pair couldn’t keep their hands off each other as they left the wedding reception.
They walked hand-in-hand as they left the wedding party at Hallé St Peter’s in Ancoats.
