WHEN your parents are two HUGE A-list stars, there is every chance you are going to want to follow in their footsteps.
This nepo baby has just landed himself a role in a brand new horror movie, but can you guess who his famous mum and dad are?
The rising star in question is Miles Robbins, 32.
The actor is the son of Hollywood royalty as his mother is Susan Sarandon, 76, and his father Tim Robbins.
His parents met on the set of the 1988 film, Bill Durham, and were together for 23 years until their divorce in 2009.
Oscar-winning actress Susan is best known for iconic 90s movie Thelma and Louise, while his dad – who has also won an Academy Award – is well known for The Shawshank Redemption.
Born on May 4, 1992, Miles is Susan and Tim’s youngest son.
His first acting role was a small part alongside his mother and older sister in his father’s film Dead Man Walking in 1995.
Miles’ other credits are for My Friend Dahmer, The X-Files, and Halloween.
He’s a singer as well, and is a member of the satirical pop group the Pow Pow Family Band.
It has now been revealed that Miles is getting ready for his exciting new project to drop on Hulu.
Film fans will be able to watch him in the upcoming horror movie Control Freak, where he plays the character of Robbie.
FAMOUS FAMILY
Whilst married to Tim, Susan also welcomed her oldest son, Jack, who was born in 1989.
The actress’ eldest child is her daughter Eva, who was born in 1985 from her past relationship with Franco Amurri.
Through her father, she has two more paternal siblings – Augusta and Leone.
Miles isn’t the only one who has followed in his famous parents’ footsteps.
Eva is also an actress, and she has appeared on-screen with her mum several times.
Like Miles, she co-starred with Susan in Dead Man Walking, Anywhere But Here, The Banger Sisters, That’s My Boy, and Mothers and Daughters.
They also appeared in an episode of Friends together in 2001.
Outside of acting, she is also a lifestyle influencer and the founder of Happily Eva After.
Eva is also married and has three children of her own – Marlowe Mae, Major James, and Mateo Antoni.
Meanwhile, Eva and Miles’ brother Jack has chosen a career behind the camera and works as a filmmaker in Hollywood.
He is credited with many short films and TV projects.
Jack also previously served as a segment director for Jimmy Kimmel Live!
SUSAN TALKS MOTHERHOOD
Susan has previously reflected on how her journey into motherhood started in her late 30s.
Regarding her experiences as a late-in-life mother, the movie shared with Good Housekeeping: “I had my first baby at 39 and my third at 45, and with each child, [people were] like, ‘Are you crazy? Don’t!’
“I think it was ‘Don’t have the baby,’ as though it would ruin my career, and I was so old anyway.
“Perfection requires too much energy, so I gave it up a while ago.
“All my kids have a sense of humor. I even have a clown nose for having serious conversations, it stops you from getting emotionally loaded.”
