Eric Stonestreet is officially a married man – both on and off the TV screen.
The Modern Family alum, 54, tied the knot to his longtime girlfriend Lindsay Schweitzer, sharing the news in an Instagram post on Tuesday.
‘It’s my birthday and guess what I got,’ the actor, who rose to fame playing Cameron Tucker on the long-running sitcom, captioned the wedding photos.
Stonestreet shared a carousel of photos in his Instagram post, showing him looking dapper in a fitted navy blazer with a lighter blue tie.
Schweitzer wore a satin slip-styled gown with crystal belt detailing. She wore her long brown hair out with gentle waves cascading over her shoulders, holding a bouquet of native flowers.
The ecstatic couple tied the knot in Kansas City, Missouri, with a snap showing them sharing slow-dancing in front of acoustic guitar players.
Stonestreet’s post had no shortage of celebrity pals sharing their congratulations.
The star’s on-screen husband Jesse Tyler Ferguson shared a sweet comment, writing: ‘Of all second marriages, this one is my favorite! I love you both! I’m so happy for you!!!!’

Crooner Michael Buble shared a series of red heart emojis, while actress Octavia Spencer wrote: ‘Congratulations! So happy for you both.’
Stonestreet has been engaged to Schweitzer, a pediatric nurse, since 2021.
The couple first met at a charity event in 2016 and it was confirmed they were dating a year later.
A source had previously told People: ‘They are very happy to have met each other. They’re enjoying spending time together.’
And in a 2017 appearance on the Ellen DeGeneres show he confessed: ‘She calms me — she calms my nerves. I’m a very high-strung person.’
The loved-up pair shared their engagement news in an excited post at the time to social media, sharing a trio of snaps with his now-fiancée who showed off a stunning sparkler and joked of the proposal: ‘She said, “She’d have her people call my people.”‘
Stonetreet looked slim for his big day, after revealing in May he was using the weight-loss drug Mounjaro.

‘My mom Jamey and I are proud to share our success stories with Mounjaro. We hope to inspire others to talk to their doctors to get the treatment they need,’ he wrote in a joint Instagram post with the brand at the time.
He said he used to think he was ‘fairly’ healthy aside from struggling to lose weight, but after he was diagnosed with diabetes in 2009, the actor said he was ashamed.
‘I was embarrassed. I didn’t want to tell anybody. I knew my mom and dad were both type 2 diabetics and didn’t share it with them. If I was dating a person, I never shared that with them. I didn’t tell my two best friends for a long time,’ he revealed to People.
The diagnosis came right around the time he was cast on Modern Family.
