JESSICA Simpson’s younger boyfriend has a very different lifestyle from the millionaire fashion mogul and singer.
Jessica‘s new man Thomas Eisenhood, 33, has been working in Nashville as a stagehand and is living in a small apartment just miles from the superstar’s own Music City mansion.
The singer and entrepreneur, who split from her ex-NFL player husband Eric Johnson in early 2025, has been dating Thomas for the past three months, according to TMZ, with the pair meeting through friends in the local music scene.
The stagehand has also held several positions in music production in the area, according to his LinkedIn.
It appears Thomas snatched up his Tennessee rental in January 2025.
The home he rents has four units, with the stagehand’s apartment featuring 2 bedrooms and a smaller room that could be used as an office.
Apartments in the building typically hover between $1,000 and $1,300 a month.
Thomas’ apartment is likely worlds away from Jessica’s Nashville rental.
The Jessica Simpson collection mogul said she started renting in the area back in 2023.
She has spoken highly of the experience and has credited it for helping her to create new music.

“This comeback is personal, it’s an apology to myself for putting up with everything I did not deserve.”
Jessica and Eric split in January of 2025, and have been navigating their lives as co-parents separately.
The pair share Maxwell Drew, 13, and Birdie Mae, 7, and her son, Ace Knute, 12.
Jessica was previously married to 98 Degrees singer Nick Lachey from 2002 to 2006.
Jessica has been slowly stepping back into the spotlight after taking a 15-year hiatus from music.
She released two EPs, Nashville Canyon Part 1 and Nashville Canyon Part 2, in 2025.
