Millie Bobby Brown and her husband Jake Bongiovi surprised fans with the arrival of an adorable new member of their family.
The Stranger Things actress, 21, took to Instagram on Monday to share a sweet photo of the couple’s newest arrival, nestled inside a barn on their Georgia farm.
Lying on a bed of straw was an adorable baby donkey, which the Enola Holmes star revealed is named Florence June Bongiovi—named after her great-grandmother, Florence—and born on June 9, 2025.
Brown didn’t share any additional details about the sweet baby animal, but she’s previously opened up about the many animals she and Bongiovi care for on their farm, including a pregnant donkey.
With Florence’s arrival, the couple now has three donkeys, bringing their total number of pets to a staggering 63.

Millie revealed back in March that a new arrival was on the way, telling BBC Radio 1: ‘My donkey is pregnant. Betsy and Bernard got together, had a great night out, and now she’s preggers.’
The new family member reveal comes shortly after Brown opened up about starting a family with husband Jake, 22, and shared that he already understands ‘how important’ it is to her.
The couple tied the knot in May 2024 and have already discussed having children, expressing hopes of raising a big family together.

‘My mom actually had her first child at 21, and my dad was 19. And you know, it’s been my thing since before I met Jake,’ she explained.
‘Since I was a baby, I told my mom, like, baby dolls. I wanted to be a mom just like the way my mom was to me. And my nan, my grandmother is, she was a huge part of my life.
‘And so, yeah, I mean, Jake knows how important it is to me and, of course, I want to focus on really establishing myself as an actor and as a producer, but I also find it’s so important to start a family for me personally,’ Millie continued.

‘It’s a huge thing. Jake was like, we cannot do that until we get married. So that was his thing.’
Millie, who recently clapped back at trolls over comments about her appearance, went on to say: ‘And my thing was, I really want a family. I really want a big family.
‘I’m one of four. He’s one of four. So, it is definitely in our future, but, for me, I don’t see having your own child, you know, as really any different as in adopting.’
She added: ‘My home is full of love for anyone and anything, and so that is what we kind of stand by, Jake and I, is our energy in the house is the door is always open, and we want everyone to feel really comfortable.’
Millie’s comments come just weeks after she opened up to Vanity Fair in February about her relationship with Jake and how they’re ‘pretty united’ when it comes to the big things in life.
‘We talked about our political views, what kind of family we want to build, the kind of home we want to live in, the kind of relationship we’re looking for, the kind of careers we want,’ she told the publication.
‘It’s such an important decision, and we wanted to make sure we were making the right one. I knew I was. It always felt right with him.’
Millie and Jake—whose father is musician Jon Bon Jovi—began dating in 2021 and announced their engagement in April 2023.

The snaps showed Millie and Jake exchanging vows beneath a stunning floral arch, with the Stranger Things star wearing a custom Galia Lahav gown.
‘Forever and always, your wife,’ the Florence by Mills founder captioned her post, while Bongiovi shared his own photos with the words: ‘Forever and always, your husband.’
