Melania Trump stunned in an understated – yet pricey – ensemble as she stepped out at the White House Easter Egg Roll 2026.
The First Lady, 55, joined husband President Donald Trump for the fun-filled day on the South Lawn, donning what appeared to be the $2,790 Annabeth Grain de Poudre Jacket by Ralph Lauren Collection.
The pricey jacket features buttoned shoulder epaulets and bronze-finished buttons, providing a structured, chic look.
Melania paired the dark jacket with a white T-shirt underneath, bringing everything together with a pair of flowing cream trousers that included a thin belt at the waistline.
On her feet, Melania wore a pair of cotton-leather ballet flats with patent black trim by one of her favorite brands, Roger Vivier.
The exact pair she had on today retails for $975 and features the brand’s signature buckle detailing on the toe.
She completed the look with neutral makeup and her signature smokey eye.
Her style for Easter 2026 was a change from how she dressed last year, having previously kept things light and bright with a neutral-colored trench coat and a pop of color for her accessories.

The annual event, which is hosted by the White House Historical Association, sees a traditional egg roll as well as dozens of activity booths set up on the White House’s South Lawn.
Kids under the age of 13 are chosen to attend through a lottery system, with thousands of families chosen for the fun day.
Activities include a ‘Be Best Ring Toss,’ a cookie decorating station and mini golf, among many others, per The White House.
Melania is also set to read a book to the young crowd, something she made headlines for last year.
Other expected readers include Second Lady Usha Vance, Secretary of Agriculture Brooke Rollins and White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt.
This year, there will be more than 30,000 eggs used from Braswell Family Farms in Nashville, North Carolina, according to USA Today.
Plus, there will also be some new surprises, according to the outlet, which include 150 live chicks that hatched on Friday, April 3.
The chicks are part of the American Egg Board’s Hen-to-Home exhibition, which shares the journey of the egg from ‘farm to table.’

The Easter Egg Roll tradition has been a monumental event since it began in 1878 under President Rutherford B. Hayes.
Last year, MAGA fans seemed to love Melania’s moment with the crowd as she read the book Bunny With a Big Heart out loud to a group of children.
The book is about a bunny that’s not very ‘considerate’ and is always leaving dirty dishes on the table and being ‘impatient with his sister’ but a twisted ankle forces him to stay in bed for a few days and become a more thoughtful and kinder bunny.
‘What a beautiful crowd,’ Melania said before she opened the book, to which she was met with a murmur of adorable voices wishing her a Happy Easter.
‘I have a book here that I really like and at the end, you will tell me what you learned from it,’ she explained.
After she finished reading the book to the kids, she asked them what they had learned.
Many of the kids said that they had learned ‘kindness’ from the book, and the importance of friendship.
