Meghan Trainor showed off her svelte physique at The Paper premiere in Los Angeles on Wednesday, following her weight loss journey and recent breast augmentation.
The singer, 31, looked thinner than ever at the event, held at the Harmony Gold theater, rocking a plunging black and white romper that highlighted her ample cleavage.
The outfit featured a black top portion with a very low-cut neckline, paired with white shorts and a black, bedazzled bow belt.
Her platinum blonde tresses were pinned up in a glamorous curly updo, with some strands left to frame her face.
The All About That Bass hitmaker — who admitted to using weight loss drug Mounjaro to help her shed pounds — completed the outfit with black heels and delicate makeup.
She was joined by husband Daryl Sabara, 33, who was seen giving her affectionate kisses on the cheek.

The Paper is set in the same world as The Office, with the documentary crew that filmed the workers of Dunder Mifflin turning their cameras on a new subject.
The new sitcom will land on US streaming service Peacock on September 4, with all ten episodes dropping at once.
In April, Trainor finally admitted to using a trendy semaglutide injectable to help her shed a substantial amount of weight over the past year.
The Grammy winner gave a special ‘shout out’ to the type 2 diabetes drug brand Mounjaro, which her husband also took.
‘No, I don’t look like I did ten years ago. I’ve been on a journey to be the healthiest, strongest version of myself for my kids and for me,’ Meghan wrote to her 18 million Instagram followers.
‘I’ve worked with a dietician, made huge lifestyle changes, started exercising with a trainer, and yes, I used science and support (shoutout to Mounjaro!) to help me after my [second] pregnancy. And I’m so glad I did because I feel great.’
Trainor developed gestational diabetes after welcoming her two sons – Riley, 4, and Barry, 21 months – with her husband of six years, Spy Kids alum Daryl.
‘But it’s a little disheartening that so many of the questions (and comments) were focused on my body instead of my music, my passion, or the decade of hard work that got me here,’ Meghan lamented.
‘This is what it’s like to be a woman in the music industry.’

Trainor concluded her post: ‘Here’s to celebrating talent, growth, and the power of putting yourself first. Let’s keep shifting the convo to what really matters. With love.’
In the last few years, more and more people have decided to take GLP-1 medications, which allow them to easily shed weight they openly struggled with for decades but can cause yet-to-be-known long-term effects such as pancreatitis.
Celebrities who have admitted to taking semaglutides include Kathy Bates, Kelly Clarkson, Whoopi Goldberg, Oprah Winfrey, Elon Musk, Rebel Wilson, Chelsea Handler, Amy Schumer, Sharon Osbourne, Sheryl Underwood, Lauren Manzo, Dolores Catania, and Golnesa ‘GG’ Gharachedaghi.
These injectables can cost $25/month for qualified patients under insurance, but it costs anywhere between $600 and $1,300 for a month supply of four weekly pens out-of-pocket.
Earlier this year, Meghan underwent a breast augmentation and lift with plastic surgeon Dr. Payman Danielpour due to the ‘sagginess’ that occurred from having children and weight fluctuation.
‘These are the boobs of my dreams,’ Trainor gushed to People on March 6.
‘I have never been more comfortable in my body. Maybe it’s because I’m in my 30s now and I’m better. I’ve been working with a therapist for a long time, trying to rewire my brain to love myself more.
‘It’s always something like a work in progress, and that’s why I write all these anthemic songs of, “I love myself,” because it’s constantly a thing I’m working on and I notice my fans are also working on that. So that’s how we connect.’
Trainor announced that she had plans to undergo a breast lift in January.

She told People, ‘I think I was born with saggy boobs. I swear, they were always looking at the ground. So this is a big deal for me. I’m getting a boob job. I’m getting a lift.’
The mom-of-two has previously talked about her struggles when it comes to nursing her kids.
Meghan explained, ‘Listen, these don’t make milk. So when I have more children, these don’t make milk anyways. So it’s time to lift my boobs, I’m so excited.’
The I Wanna Thank Me singer – who gets 23.7M monthly listeners on Spotify – concluded her $14.1M-grossing, 26-date Timeless Tour on October 19.
