TWO FRIENDS who were sick of the rat race have revealed how they started their own business and now rake in five-figure salaries each month.
Deana and her friend first got the idea to leave their 9-5 jobs last year and decided to start making cash using Airbnb.

According to Deana, she and her friend didn’t have to buy a house outright to get started.
In one clip, she revealed they reached out to landlords and asked if they could rent the property with the purpose of managing it as an Airbnb.
Once the pair had a property under their belt, they began to decorate it and began listing it on the site.
The pair said they first did it alongside their full-time job but it didn’t take them long to start raking it in so they could quit and focus on their side hustle instead.

She wrote: “Just two girls who decided to start an Airbnb business together with the hopes to quit their jobs.”
Deana revealed in just six months, they were able to quit and are now earning five-figure salaries each month.
The pair even bought a Mercedes Benz and got accepted for an American Express credit card.
Now the pair manage two Airbnb properties and are able to enjoy more of their free time.
Deana noted that it was important to sign a corporate lease that allows short-term leasing for the property.
She also made managing the property automated to ensure she didn’t have to be on call to her guests.
Using automated locks, messaging and cleaners, Deana didn’t have to worry about being around for the guests unless a serious problem occurred.
The clip went viral on her TikTok account @propertywithdeana with over 3 million views and 637k likes.
Many took to the comments eager to learn more.
One person wrote: “Teach me your ways!!! I really want to get into it!”
Another commented: “Need a friend like this LOL.”
