MCDONALD’S is pulling the plug on 11 popular menu items next week.
It comes just days after they said it were axing its popular Fish Fingers Happy Meal which will be disappearing forever from November 25.
That date will see the restaurant’s whacky around the world menu, known as the “World Menu Heist”, be scrapped, leaving fans just days to try it.
The items were from McDonald’s menus across the globe and arrived in the UK and Ireland for the first time in October.
The Sun can reveal that other McDonald’s favourites getting the chop next Tuesday include the Honeycomb Latte.
Also disappearing from menus is the Maple BBQ Double Quarter Pounder, Pineapple McSpicy, Garlic & Black Pepper McNuggets and Soy Dip.
And diners will no longer be able to order Mac N Cheese Triangles, Sour Cream and Black Pepper Shaker Fries, Chocolate Pretzel McFlurry, and Caramel Pretzel McFlurry.
McDonald’s will also no longer sell Choco Caramel Pie, Sakura X Sprite and Apple X Sprite.
Our consumer reporter Emily Mee reviewed the items which fans have just days left to try.
Of the Garlic & Black Pepper McNuggets, from Japan, she said “they were only “okay” for me”, and that she preferred a classic McNugget.
After trying the Australian favourite, the Pineapple McSpicy, Emily was left disappointed as somebody who controversially likes pineapple on pizza.
She said: “I’m actually someone who doesn’t mind pineapple on pizza, so I thought I’d like this, but I wasn’t a huge fan.”
The Chocolate or Caramel Pretzel McFlurry however left Emily “blown away” as she heaped praise on the sweet treat set to be ditched.
Emily described it as “100% the best McFlurry I’ve tried” and was even shocked it was served at the fast food chain rather than a sit-down restaurant.
On X, formerly Twitter, one diner was a huge fan of the Maple BBQ & Bacon Double Quarter Pounder.
Commenting they said: “It’s big. It’s savoury. It’s un-apologetically delicious.”

It comes either with a Big Mac, nine chicken McNuggets or McPlant meal, the new Grinch McShaker fries, a drink and a pair of Grinch x McDonald’s socks.
Returning for 2025 is The Big Tasty, a burger that’s been dubbed ‘better than a Big Mac’ and the fast-food chain’s best ever.
