MAURA Higgins showed off her rock hard abs as she hit the gym amid her US takeover.
The TV presenter, 35, posed for a selfie wearing a black and white sports crop top and leggings while working out on Thursday.
Irish star Maura put her toned figure on display as she took a break from her workout.
After spending the last few months back-to-back with work projects, Maura added the caption: “Exhausted! But here we are.”
She wore her brunette hair in a sleek ponytail and completed her look with flawless makeup.
Last month Maura got candid as she revealed the last time she had sex – while taking a swipe at her “cheating exes”.

The star, who finished as runner-up on The Traitors USA, confessed she has been “celibate” after a run of bad relationships.
Speaking to Elite Daily, Maura said: “I don’t trust men anyway.
“If I wasn’t used to that kind of guy, I reckon I would’ve been crying, storming out, never speaking to him again,” she says in reference to losing to Traitor Rob Rausch at the very last opportunity.
The star went on to add: “But I’ve already got severe trust issues.
“I’ve been cheated on by the majority of my exes — that’s the reason I’ve been celibate for a whole year.”
Maura’s last known romance was her brief connection with Pete Wicks.
The pair were understood to be getting close in 2024 with Maura confessing to liking him during I’m A Celebrity.
However, they appeared to fizzle out and she soon hinted he had cheated on her too.
On Valentine’s Day last year, she was asked where the 37-year-old Strictly hunk was as she left a restaurant, she was caught on video replying: “Dunno, probably cheating.“
Later that month, she was snapped locking lips with married McFly star Danny Jones at a Brit Awards after-party.
Danny cheated on his wife Georgia by snogging the star.
The couple ended up remaining together and Maura has not been linked to anyone since.
Prior to that, she dated stars including Giovanni Pernice and two of her Love Island co-stars – Curtis Pritchard and Chris Taylor.
Maura has been busy conquering America over the last year.
US viewers enjoyed watching the chemistry between Maura and eventual winner, Love Island USA star Rob Rausch, 27, play out on The Traitors.
Maura was recently asked about their relationship when she appeared on US talk show Watch What Happens Live recently.
Host Andy Cohen told her: “The internet wants you and Rob to get together.”
She has also been signed to the top-tier agency Align PR.
Their client roster includes A-list stars such as Madonna, 67, Matthew McConaughey, 56, and Bryce Dallas Howard, 45.
Maura has also proved herself to be popular with Hollywood stars.
In March last year, the star revealed that she had been invited to lunch with Margot Robbie.
And recently, she flashed her abs in a lace bra as she stepped out for an interview in New York City.
