MARC CUCURELLA says Chelsea’s transfer policy is harming their chance of success in a scathing assessment of the ownership.
The Blues defender also hit out at the decision to sack manager Enzo Maresca in January – the second Chelsea player to do so in recent weeks.

Cucurella said a number of players were “discouraged” after their humbling Champions League defeat to Paris Saint-Germain, blaming it on a lack of experience.
Liam Rosenior’s side collapsed in the first leg in Paris and ended up losing 8-2 on aggregate.
The Spain international added that the policy of only signing young players might “complicate” the club’s ambition of winning serious silverware.
