MANCHESTER UNITED chief Sir Jim Ratcliffe has significantly reduced his asking price for Nice, reports suggest.
Ratcliffe, 73, put the French club up for sale last year and initially looked for a minimum fee of €200million (£173.5m).

According to Bloomberg, however, Sir Jim has been forced to cut that price by a significant amount as he has yet to find a buyer.
The Ineos founder hired the independent advisory firm Lazard Inc to help him find a new owner for the Ligue 1 outfit.
However, the prospect of a sale has been severely hampered by the uncertainty around broadcasting revenue.
This comes after Ligue 1 took control of broadcast rights and launched their own streaming platform.
Ratcliffe bought Nice in 2019 but has been unable to transform them into a leading team that would rival Paris Saint-Germain‘s domination in French football.
Claude Puel’s side currently sit 14th in the Ligue 1 table, just six points above the relegation zone.
The French team is also bottom of the table in the Europa League table without any points after losing all six matches in the league phase.
This comes after a stunning campaign that saw Nice finish fourth and just miss Champions League qualification by a mere one point.

This season’s woes have sparked immense anger among the club’s faithful.
Fans mobbed the team at the training ground, threw missiles and scuffled with players.
Police are investigating complaints from two players that claimed they were kicked, punched and spat on.
Ratcliffe is also dealing with problems at United, where he is a minority shareholder and in charge of sporting operations.
Man Utd sacked former manager Ruben Amorim following some inconsistent performances and replaced him with former player Michael Carrick.
