A MAN has allegedly been sexually assaulted by a woman on a busy train, as cops release CCTV.
The reported assault happened onboard a train between Sheffield and Worksop at around 9:40pm on December 14.
A woman sexually assaulted the alleged victim as he walked past her seat, detectives said.
Officers from the British Transport Police have since released CCTV images of a woman they believe may be able to assist their investigation.
The force said: “Anyone who recognises her is asked to contact BTP by texting 61016, or by calling 0800 40 50 40, quoting reference 592 of 14 December.
“Information can also be given anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
