A man has been arrested after allegedly making lewd comments to children at a park.
He reportedly approached several children and made sexual remarks.
It was also said he hugged one of the children, police said.
The incident happened at Cedar Lodge Park in Oakley Road in the Regents Park area of Southampton.
The 64-year-old was arrested on suspicion of inciting a 13 to 15-year-old girl to engage in sexual activity, and sexual assault.
Officers were called shortly before 5.30pm on Tuesday.
The alleged predator publicly urinated upon arrest as well as in the police car, officers said.
He was then further arrested on suspicion of exposure and criminal damage.

The man is described to be white, mostly bald with a grey beard, about 5ft 7in tall.
The elderly man was also riding a red scooter.
He has been bailed until November 5 while further investigations continue.
Police are appealing for any witnesses who can assist with the investigation.
