MARRIED At First Sight’s most talked-about bride Julia-Ruth is moving on from the drama of the experiment and straight into the arms of another TV personality.
The South African beauty became one of the season’s most divisive figures after her antics with other grooms.
She has now revealed offers of dates came flooding in and she enjoyed a night out with another well-known reality TV favourite.
While Julia-Ruth has remained coy about the details, but speaking exclusively to The Sun in a bombshell interview, she said she’d had messages from high profile names and arranged a dates with a reality TV hunk.
She said: “Yeah a few reality stars. No one from MAFS, they are from a completely different show.
“And yeah, I actually might have gone on a date with one of them.
“All I can tell you is that it was a really great date and yeah, it was a lot of fun and it was really good energy.”
It comes as Geordie lass Maeve was left reeling from learning Julia-Ruth had a secret holiday with her groom Joe just days after he quit the experiment.
The group also found out in last night’s reunion that Joe and Julia-Ruth got matching tattoos with the word ‘why not?’.
Breaking her silence on the scenes, Julia-Ruth told us: “Listen, this drama all happened months ago. Like I am single, like the show is done.
“I know everyone’s watching it now for the first time, but it literally happened in, what is it, April.
“I’m single, I’m dating, I’m like back in my woman and feminine energy and power.”
Julia-Ruth is far from done with televised romance and said she may be next in line for Celebs Go Dating.
The unapologetic star would be a perfect fit for the next series.
When pressed on whether viewers might see her in the agency’s infamous dating chairs, she said: “I mean, I would definitely be open to doing another series of some sort.
“I think I just need two minutes just to breathe.
“I’m still processing this one and dealing with the love and the backlash and repairing some relationships.
“But yeah, I think I’ll be open to it one day.
“It just depends on what it is. I think I’d be interested in like Traitors or like Celebs Go Dating or something like that
“A lot of MAFS people do Celebs Go Dating.”
‘I FELT USED’
For the first time, Julia-Ruth has also revealed what really happened on that clandestine break with the heavily-inked hunk Joe, how she was ‘love-bombed’ and why she was shocked when he used a surprising excuse to end their blossoming romance.
“I haven’t heard from Joe since he ghosted me after the holiday, I’m not quite sure why, to be honest,” the outspoken bride tells us.
Holiday romance
“The holiday itself was really great and we got on really well – we were like laughing and going out for dinners and like jet skis and all that. So it was a lot of fun. But we also had like a lot of like serious deep talks.”
Explaining what motivated them both to escape abroad together after sliding into each other DMs days after they both quit the experiment, Julia-Ruth says they were both looking for a “rush” after the rollercoaster experience of filming.
She reveals: “I think maybe because we both hadn’t really digested what had happened on the series, and we just kind of went straight into another like an adrenaline high, like you’re looking for that next rush.”
Julia-Ruth also confirms that Joe continued to string her along after she left Lanzarote.
“I felt used because he was pursuing me after the holiday. I left the holiday a little bit earlier than he did, and when I got back he was sending me messages saying ‘The second I get back from holiday, I really want to either come up to London or you come to Manchester.’
“And he was like, ‘I’m so into you’. He was sending all these text messages saying he wanted me to meet his friends.”
Then, abruptly, the day before they were due to meet again and she was set to travel to Manchester, Julia-Ruth claims Joe pulled a bizarre move.
“He sent me a message saying he he had fallen out of bed and broken his arm. He sent a picture of him like sat on his couch with this fake arm thing on, posing like a Calvin Klein ad.
