MARRIED At First Sight star Leah Tyrer has ‘hard launched’ her new footballer girlfriend by going Instagram official.
Following her on-screen breakup with Leigh, the TV bride, 36, has found new happiness with her partner who she knew whilst married.
Leah is currently dating female footballer Maz Pacheco, a defender for Women’s Super League club Everton and a former England youth international.
Now the TV star has made it official by ‘hard launching’ the pair’s relationship on Instagram.
Leah shared a photo carousel capturing various snaps of her life throughout the past few weeks.
This included various photos of her and her fellow MAFS co-stars Nelly and Rebecca.
Maz appeared near the end of Leah’s post as the pair posed for a sweet selfie together.
The former bride captioned the post: “Flick through to see pure hearts and winners (heart emoji ) Grateful.”
Football star Maz responded in the comments with a red heart emoji.
In another snap, Leah was also seen smiling with Lioness Chloe Kelly, a close friend of Maz’s, signalling she has her new beau’s friend’s approval.
Leah’s new romance is understood to have blossomed in the months following the filming of Married At First Sight and the bitter on-screen split between her and Leigh.
The TV star recently opened up about her new relationship to Nonchalant Magazine, sharing how nice it is to be with somebody who just “gets her”.
“Just tell me a little bit about who you’re dating and how it’s going,” prompted the interviewer.
Leah responded with a revelation: “So I’m dating a girl I’ve known 13 years.”
She then went on to describe a bit about Maz and how they kept in touch loosely as the years went by.
“She’s a footballer and yeah we’ve always kinda kept in touch ad hoc on like Instagram and stuff.
“And yeah we kinda hooked up when I came out of the show properly and yeah it’s been really really nice.”
She continued: “It’s nice because it’s somebody that… she just gets me for me.
“She wants to just roll with it. She’s fun.
“She’s got her own thing going on as well so she’s always so busy with everything and she’s really really supported me throughout this whole journey post-show being aired as well.”
Leah will be hoping this romance is the real deal after her split from Leigh.
Their marriage was troubled from the off with the pair rarely seeing eye-to-eye.
They opted to walk away from one another after a chaotic final vow renewal saw them offer up a slew of snubs to one another as a parting gift.
