A wide-mouthed Megan appears delighted as she holds his hands over her boobs in front of the stage and audience.
The sparkly-dress clad stunner wowed in a strapless black and green mini dress and heels.
The pair shared photos of their night, including arty snaps in a corridor and Conor posing with sunglasses on.
Since leaving the ITV2 dating show, the charming lad has asked the brunette beauty to be his girlfriend – with a lavish proposal on a beach.
The Love Island stars have proved their connection is stronger than ever and have officially dropped the ‘L’ bomb.
The long-distance lovers even have plans to move in together – potentially in London.
Initially, Megan was partnered with Tommy Bradley before her head was turned by Conor – who was coupled up with Emily Moran at the time.
Her departure followed days of drama after she cracked on with Conor while she was in a couple with Tommy.
Megan was dramatically dumped from the villa, leaving Conor devastated.
Rugby player Conor, however, went on to explore connections with Emma Munro, Billykiss Azeez and Shakira Khan.
After his emotional split with Shakira, the rugby player was told how Megan was making her return.
She re-entered the villa with her sights set on Conor.
They spent Thursday night in the boudoir and grew intimate under the covers, before taking a cheeky trip to the Hideaway.
The pair were then booted out just days before the grand final.
Although they went from strength to strength, the show final was won by Toni and Cach.
Previously, eagle-eyed Love Island viewers suggested Megan and Conor knew each other before the show.
It comes after images emerged showing them partying in what looked to be the same club – but the pair have denied any rumours.
