CURTIS Pritchard is being roasted online by a former Love Island winner tired of seeing him on the show, and even his ex chimed in on the news that he’s back this year as a bombshell.
Curtis first appeared on Love Island in 2019 where he coupled up with Maura Higgins.
He then appeared on Love Island Games four years later and series two of All Stars last year, where he finished in third place with now-ex Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu.
Since news broke of his return, 2019’s winner Amber Gill has expressed her disinterest in seeing him back on TV screens in his “budgie smugglers”.
In a savage video posted to her TikTok account, the star said: “I’m not being funny but how many times do we need to see this guy do the salsa.
“I mean, like, all love but it’s been seven years man [since he first appeared on the show], how many times do I have to watch him with the f****n’ budgie smugglers on f****n’ walzing about the place with a headpiece on doing the splits and that.
“Like how many timesssss.”
The video then cut to black, ending abruptly.
Curtis was known to famously dance about while on the show, leaving viewers split between being in hysterics or majorly cringeing.
But if Amber’s video wasn’t funny enough Ekin chimed in with a comment of her own, directly replying to Love Island‘s official Instagram post announcing that her ex Curtis would be back in the villa.
Posting a shirtless snap of Curtis on a signature Love Island backdrop, the caption penned: “Bringing Bombshell confidence and hoping for less drama this time round, Curtis is dancing back into the All Stars Villa.”
Ekin’s comment soared to the top, with over 36,000 likes to date, where she candidly shared her response to finding out.
“Just chocked on my Nando’s.”
Fans of the show found her comment – typo and all – to be the funniest thing they’ve ever heard.
Among over 500 direct replies, one user said: “HELP”.
“best comment ever,” and “CRYING,” two more responded.
A fourth added: “EKIN don’t make me scream, you’re too funny for this.”
Ekin and Curtis left the villa together last year after coupling up early during All Stars.
Though their romance fizzled out three months after filming for the show wrapped.
They cited busy careers and mutual agreement as reasons for the split, which was announced to fans via Instagram.
Love Island All Stars airs on ITV2 and is available on ITVX.
