A FORMER Love Islander was left sobbing in a toilet cubicle after suffering a sudden health scare.
The beauty, 34, was just going about her normal day to day life when she felt something was off.
She wasn’t sure exactly what triggered it to happen but she described the incident to her Instagram followers, questioning whether it was “normal”.
Shared alongside a snap of herself not smiling, reality TV star Rachel Finni penned: “Weirdest thing happened today.
“Long story short. Had a panic attack at work. Not brought on by anything I could think of.
“Literally sat in hysterical tears in a toilet cubicle for 10 minutes before coming out and breaking down again.”
Rachel continued to try to make sense of what happened, clearly grasping at straws.
“Honestly the lack of sleep and hormones got to me today. I couldn’t even explain why I was crying.
“But genuinely the heaviness on my chest and heart palpitations were awful. I was shaking.”
This isn’t the first time Rachel has experienced a panic attack at work apparently.
She vulnerably shared her last experience having one, while still trying to piece together what happened to her in the cubicle.
“Last time I had a panic attack at work I was heavily pregnant and working with SOME of the most demonic humans you could imagine.
“My colleagues and line of management today were amazing. They calmed me down, sat with me and honestly were just the most incredible and understanding people.
“Me being me, I went back to work an ended up feeling so much better.”
Fans of Rachel couldn’t directly comment on the post as it was posted to her Instagram story, but Rachel reassured them that she was now alright.
“Again, no reason what brought this all on but I’m fine now. I just couldn’t explain that sudden sadness and panic that came over me.
“Surely that’s not normal?”
Rachel appeared on season seven of Love Island UK in 2021.
She was the oldest contestant in the villa, at the time being 29 years old.
Though her time on the show was sadly short lived, entering on day five and being dumped on day fourteen.
Rachel briefly coupled up with Brad McClelland before bombshell Lucinda Strafford whisked him away.
Three years after exiting the show, Rachel welcomed her baby daughter Rae but it was far from smooth sailing.
She had to have an emergency C-section at 39 weeks and recently shared over Instagram that she “nearly died“.
Sharing the experience, Rachel said: “Basically I had an emergency C-section at 39 weeks. The procedure itself was amazing (at the time). Though I was scared and didn’t talk throughout the whole process, I think it was meant to be.
“When I first arrived at the hospital and the nurse simply put 2 fingers in me to check how dilated I was… I SCREMEDD. I BAWLEDD.
“So my plans of wanting an unmedicated natural birth were unrealistic due to my low pain threshold anyway.”
“Baby was born no complications. Next day I almost died.
“Due to issues caused during the procedure affecting my bladder and my creatin levels. I lost ALOT of blood too.”
Rachel has chosen to keep the identity of the child’s father out of the public eye.
