A LOVE ISLAND bombshell was left horrified after confronting a thief who tried to steal her designer shoes.
Mal Nichol, 27, who appeared on the tenth series of the ITV2 dating show in 2022, revealed that she almost fell victim to the thief.

The thief attempted to steal a new pair of expensive Miu Miu shoes she’d bought while on a day out with her mum and brother Harvey while they drank in a pub.
The Scottish beauty told her followers on Tiktok that she noticed the man pick up the bag, which was next to her brother, and quickly shouted “are you joking?”, scaring off the would be thief who left empty handed.
In the Tiktok video, she said: “You will not believe what just happened – I went with my mum to get Miu Miu shoes for my birthday.
“This guy in a cap takes it off Harvey [her brother],, because Harvey’s holding it, takes it off Harvey’s side.
“And I literally just go like this, ‘I’ve had two beers, I go like this, ‘Are you joking?’. And he turns around and goes ‘yeah I’m joking’.
“And I’m like ‘You’re a f**king c-word’, and I was like ‘you tried to steal my shoes’. I scared him.”
Shoes from trendy luxury Italian fashion house Miu Miu can range from around £400 to over £1000.
The popular bombshell, who has over 188K followers on the platform, captioned the video: “I hate London !!!! Sorry for swearing but WHAT THE HELL”.
Fans quickly rallied to her support in the comments, and praised her for scaring away the thug.
One wrote: “Yesss for calling him out !!”
Another said: “Omg goood u said that”.
No description was given of the suspected thief, who is understood to have made off after attracting attention following Mal’s confrontation with him.
It is not known if the incident was reported to the Metropolitan Police.
Mal entered the Love Island villa during series ten of the popular ITV2 dating show as a bombshell, and took Mitchell Taylor and Sammy Root on dates upon her arrival.
She coupled up with Sammy, but was dumped on day 23 after receiving the fewest pubic votes for favourite girl – while Sammy would go on to win the show with Jess Harding.
Mal has since gone on to forge a successful career as a fashion influencer on social media.
