LORRAINE Kelly has admitted she was upset by “seismic” cuts to her ITV show.
It is being slashed from an hour to 30 minutes, and its run reduced to 30 weeks from 52 in a money-saving shake-up to the ITV Daytime schedule.

The 65-year-old presenter, fronting Lorraine for 15 years, said: “I was disappointed, of course I was.
“This is the world that we live in now.”
Speaking on BBC Radio 4’s Desert Island Discs today, Lorraine added: “Things have to change.
“I mean, I’ve been through so many regime changes in my life.

“For me, this is just another one but it’s seismic.
“The thing that has upset me the most is the fact that we’ve got this great team and obviously that’s not going to be in place next year because jobs will go.
“Hopefully I’ll be able to hang on to some of these amazing people — that’s my aim.
“It’s very, very, sad. It really is.”
During the weeks when Lorraine is off air, Good Morning Britain’s broadcast will be extended until 10am.
ITV said it was also looking at a proposal that would see Lorraine, This Morning and Loose Women produced by one team – sharing resources and operations, in a move that would cut costs.
