Lithuanian national, 38, charged with murder after man in his 30s found dead with injuries to ‘head, neck, and face’

A MAN has been charged with murder after a body was found in Ipswich earlier this week.

Police were called at around 11.35am on Tuesday, December 23 to reports that a man had been found dead inside a property.

The deceased, a man in his 30s was declared dead at the scene by paramedics.

A 38-year-old man and a 41-year-old woman were arrested on suspicion of murder and taken to Martlesham Police Investigation Centre for questioning. 

Lithuanian national, Arvydas Maliusis, 38, has now been charged with murder.

The woman has been released on conditional bail.
