LILY Allen showed off the results of her “revenge” boob job in a tiny bralette at a star-studded red carpet event.
The Smile pop star, 39, went ahead with the cosmetic surgery following her split from Stranger Things actor David Harbour, 49.
Lily was displayed the the results of her cosmetic surgery at the 2025 CFDA Awards at The American Museum of Natural History.
The Smile hitmaker wore a stunning cream satin maxi skirt with a very small matching lace crop top, which exposed her underboob.
Lily then posed from the back to reveal the sheer lace detail on the skirt.
She wore her hair in a chic updo and finished her look with a flawless makeup look.
The pop star showed off her toned figure in ensemble which showcased her bare abs.
Lily recently revealed all during the latest episode of her Miss Me podcast, with her good pal Miquita Oliver.
The two women were discussing getting older, and the singer admitted she’d very recently had some work done.
Referring to her boobs, Lily told Miquita: “I’ve just got some new additions to the family, I don’t know if you’ve noticed!”
Lily added: “They look really incredible when I take my top off and my bra off, (starting to laugh) but there is definitely a contrast in age to my face!”
Miquita asked Lily how she felt about her implants, and she replied: “It’s really fun, I’m buying fancy lingerie that my boobs can fit in.
“Taking pictures on my phone… haven’t sent them to any one yet but it will hopefully get there at some point!”
Lily also revealed she hadn’t showed them off yet as she is waiting for them to “drop and fluff” – this is when the breasts start to look more natural following the enhancement.
Lily also revealed that she is already considering more plastic surgery.
“I’m just thinking I’ll get the BBL next, I’d quite like the bum!” she told Miquita.
A BBL is a Brazilian Butt Lift is a cosmetic procedure which enhances the bottom, but it is considered a high risk surgery.
MOVING ON
The decision to change up her look, comes as Lily tries to move on with her life following the painful breakdown of her marriage.
Lily wed Stranger Things star David in Las Vegas in 2020, and the pair moved from London to the US.
However, in December friends confirmed they had split after living “separate lives” for months.
The singer allegedly found his “secret profile” on a dating app.
Following the couple’s break up, David has been spotted on a date with aspiring model Ellie Fallon.

While David also admitted he “fell in love” with Stranger Things co-star Winona Ryder amid his messy split.
The actor, 50, stars as Jim Hopper in Netflix series Stranger Things, while 54-year-old Winona plays Joyce Byers.
David has found himself in the headlines for all the wrong reasons recently, after Lily, 40, dropped ‘revenge’ album West End Girl.
On the record, she appears to accuse David of having an affair with a woman she calls Madeline.
And during his interview David addressed “slip-ups” he’s made in recent years.
He said: “I would change either everything or nothing.
“You either accept your path completely and realise that even the pain and the slip-ups and the mistakes are all part of the journey, and that there’s truth and growth, wisdom and deeper empathy and connection in all that.
“It’s kind of like a house of cards, the minute you try to change one thing you kind of have to change it all.”
David has also come under-fire for allegations he bullied Stranger Things co-star Millie Bobby Brown on-set.
Millie reported David to show bosses to complain about his behaviour while filming the show’s fifth and final season, including allegations of “harassment and bullying,” according to a report in the Daily Mail.
“Millie Bobby Brown filed a harassment and bullying claim before they started shooting the last season,” an unnamed source told the outlet, adding “there were pages and pages of accusations,” and an investigation into the matter “went on for months.”
While Netflix chose not to respond to the claims, the unnamed source alleged that “Lily supported” David “throughout it all” and “it was a brutal time”.
