The quiet posting period comes after a shock split from beauty Millie, 28, was revealed.
This is the second time that the couple – who met on Love Island back in 2021 – have broken up, after reuniting a year after their first split.
Liam made a post to his Instagram story today showing two snaps from his sunny morning run.
In the first photo the sun is rising over a bridge in a perfectly pale blue sky.
In the second, Liam snapped a selfie wearing a pair of boxy shades and a red running jacket.
Captioned over the duo of pics, Liam typed: “I needed that sun on my run this morning,” followed by a emoji signalling he feels relieved, grinning with a bead of sweat on the forehead.
“Happy Friday People.”
The story was followed by a picture of Liam and a friend of his called Shane Williams out on a charity run.
It appears Liam is throwing his focus into fitness and helping good causes, though fans are unable to ask questions about why he “needed that sun” as the post was only a story.
Since the breakup, ex Millie has been active on her socials sharing sexy holiday snaps in figure-hugging outfits.
She’s also been soaking up the rays in Greece, enjoying a getaway after the split first landed.
After Love Island ended, Liam went back to his day job as a brick-layer, a life away from the glitz and glam of reality TV.
Whereas Millie has continued her life in the spotlight, becoming a fashion and beauty ambassador for various well known brands including ASOS.
