Liam Gallagher has blasted Coldplay for exposing a cheating couple at their concert as he reassured Oasis fans there wouldn’t any of that ‘snidey s***’ at his gig.
The Oasis frontman told concert goers they didn’t need to worry about being caught cheating at their concerts following the scandal last Thursday, which has since caused a global media storm following the fallout from the shock moment.
Andy Byron, former CEO of software firm Astronomer, was caught with his arms around the company’s chief people officer Kristin Cabot at the band’s Boston Gillette Stadium gig.
The 50-year-old then resigned from the billion-dollar company on Saturday in a statement after being placed on leave.
Following the controversy, Liam Gallagher has told Oasis fans they ‘don’t need to worry’ about the viral moment being recreated at an Oasis gig.
Speaking to the crowd at one of their shows in Heaton Park, Manchester, the 52-year-old said: ‘Right then, do we have any love birds in the house?
‘Don’t worry we ain’t got any of that Coldplay snidey f***ing camera sh*t.

‘Doesn’t matter to us who you’re mingling with – or tingly with, fingingly with, none of our f***ing business.’
As he moved onto the next song, the singer added: ‘This one’s for the love birds anyway.’
Liam and Noel, 58, are continuing their reunion tour after making their highly anticipated stage comeback earlier this month – their first performance in 16 years.
Meanwhile, the viral clip from the Coldplay concert featured frontman Chris Martin panning his ‘kiss cam’ around the audience before landing on the pair, who looked horrified, as the singer quipped: ‘Oh, look at these two – either they’re having an affair or they’re just very shy.’
The moment has become one of the biggest viral moments of the year since it was recorded last Thursday – and an online frenzy was sparked as people raced to identify the sheepish pair while making jokes about their reactions to being spotted.
It was soon reported that Byron and Cabot are each married to other people, but also that they are each registered at different addresses to their spouses.
Confirming his resignation in a statement, the company said: ‘As stated previously, Astronomer is committed to the values and culture that have guided us since our founding. Our leaders are expected to set the standard in both conduct and accountability, and recently, that standard was not met,’ the statement said.
‘Andy Byron has tendered his resignation, and the Board of Directors has accepted.’

Meanwhile, the woman who captured the moment has expressed her guilt about sharing the now-viral clip online.
Grace shared her side of the story on Monday’s episode of This Morning to Alison Hammond and Dermot O’Leary.
‘I was hoping to see myself on the big screen and I love to capture moments so that’s why my phone was out in the first place,’ she explained.
However, at first she didn’t realise quite what she had caught on her camera.
She added: ‘In the moment when I filmed it I didn’t think much of it but everyone was kind of chattering.

The woman who captured the moment has expressed her guilt about sharing the now-viral clip online during an appearance on This Morning

‘I was hoping to see myself on the big screen and I love to capture moments so that’s why my phone was out in the first place,’ Grace explained to the ITV presenters
‘There was over 50,000 people at the concert so it was a hot topic.
‘But it wasn’t until after the concert that I was debriefing the moment with my friends and said, ‘let’s review the footage, let’s see if it really looks that bad’. And I think it does.’
Dermot asked Grace, ‘Would you have posted it again looking back? Do you feel guilty at all?’
She admitted: ‘I definitely feel for Andy’s wife Megan, his family and everyone else who has been hurt in the process but as I said there was over 50,000 people and I’m not the only one that caught it on camera so if it wasn’t me who uploaded it, I’m sure someone else would’ve.’
The clip has been viewed by some 120million people and Grace shared she didn’t think it would attract so much attention.
