LAURA Anderson has opened up about her difficult days following her latest love split.
The unlucky in love star called time on her romance with Clark Robertson earlier this year.
The former Islander today took to her Instagram stories to open up about how she was feeling in the wake of the split.
She admitted to feeling low and down as she comes to terms with the realities of single life.
Alongside a selfie, Laura wrote: “I know this is April Fools day but this actually isn’t a joke.
“I’ll be honest, I’m struggling.”

She went on to add: “I know that’s normal and it’s ok but I’ve been through a lot worse in my life (that most people don’t know about) so I’m shocked I guess at how difficult I’m finding my days atm.”
Laura continued: “I know this too shall pass and I’ll enjoy food again.”
She further clarified she wanted to continue to “function” and be a good parent to her young daughter Bonnie despite not feeling her best self.
Laura later branded her own feelings a “pity party” as she discussed how she had been left feeling.
She said: “In reality my house is a mess, Bonnie watched so much TV yesterday and just isn’t herself which makes me feel worse.”
The Sun were the first to reveal that Laura and Clark had decided to call time on their relationship after months of trying to make it work.
A source said: “Laura and Clarke have called time on their relationship.
“It was a difficult decision, they both have a lot of love for each other but realised it wasn’t working.”
