THE National Lottery is still hunting for their mystery £10.6million winner, as the ticket owner still hasn’t come forward.
With mere hours left, the amount is still yet to be claimed, even though the winner has had nearly 180 days to come forward.

Purchased in Bexley, Southeast London last October, the winning numbers were 6, 8, 12, 33, 49 and 59.
As today is the final day to claim the winnings, the National Lottery has urged people to check “their winter coats” and “look at the back of their sofas.”
Andy Carter, senior winners’ advisor at Allwyn has urged Brits to “think back to where,” claiming he wants “nothing more” than to unite the winner with their prize money.
Carter added: “While it is unusual to get a claim so late, it has happened before but time is ticking. If you played in the Lotto draw on Saturday, October 4, 2025 – check your tickets one final time.”
If the winnings are still not claimed by midnight, the huge amount will be put towards National Lottery-funded projects.
There are even more mystery winners out there: a winning £1 million Lotto ticket was bought in South Gloucestershire on November 1 last year.
They have until April 30 to claim their prize.
How can lotto tickets be claimed?
- £500 and under winnings can be claimed in store from an authorised National Lottery retailer. This can be a store or outlet where you can purchase lottery tickets (newsagents, supermarkets, and petrol stations).
- Earnings over £500 and up to and including £50,000 can be claimed online here.
- Anything over £50,000 must be claimed over the phone by calling the National Lottery on 0333 234 50 50. This also applies for monthly prize winnings (Set For Life).
