Lakeland launches ‘stylish’ 8-in-1 pan that’s a lookalike of expensive ‘leading brand’ but for £65 cheaper

Cookware can be pricey, especially if you’re opting for good quality pots and pans.

A pan that rivals high-end brands has just launched – the Lakeland 8-in-1 Only Pan, costing £59.99.

If you’re an avid cook or want to start cooking from scratch more, good kitchen equipment can make all the difference.

It can be easy to build up an unwieldy collection of pans of all shapes and sizes, but the handy thing about Lakeland’s pan is it can be used to cook in eight different ways.

It works for steaming, simmering, pan-frying, boiling, sautéing and stir-frying, with a steamer basket included to transform it for healthy oil-free cooking.

Not only is it versatile, but it looks strikingly similar to the Our Place Pan, which also has a matte finish, and can be used for just as many different cooking methods.

The Our Place pan costs £125.

In comparison it’s a much more premium version, coming in at £125 for the large pan, which is a very similar size, but Lakeland’s costs £59.99, saving £65.

While of course it’s no price match for a cheap supermarket pan, if you want your kitchen to look aesthetic, the chic design is a bonus, especially if you keep your pans on display.

The Lakeland Only pan comes in three different shades – pale grey, slate grey and sage green – they’re not identical to the Our Place shades but give them a much more stylish look than your average pans.

Both have a nifty utensil rest on top, so while you’re cooking you can have everything in one place within easy reach.

The Lakeland pan also includes a 10-year guarantee, which is handy for peace of mind.

Although the kitchenware item is still a very new release, it’s already racking up reviews from Lakeland shoppers.

One shopper said: ‘’Been looking for a beautiful pan that can sit on top of my hob, as well as cook most dishes from scratch with just one pan.’’

10-year guarantee for the price makes this a no brainer!’’

Another shopper commented: ‘’I love my new 8-in-1 Only pan, it’s looks really heavy and chunky but it’s actually quite light, I have used it for stir frying, curry and fried rice dishes and it has a really good non stick surface.

‘’The slate grey is so stylish, I would highly recommend as it’s a fraction of the price compared to other leading pan brands.’’

While a third added: ‘’I have a tiny kitchen, so anything saving space is welcome.

‘’The pan looks good, and is non-stick.’’

‘’The missing star is because it’s very heavy, and the spatula that comes with it isn’t great.

‘’However, I was able to take a griddle pan and 2 saucepans down my local charity shop because the ‘Only Pan’ replaced all of them, which was excellent.’’
