MUSIC fans are worried about Kylie Jenner’s breasts and have convinced themselves one of her implants has ruptured.
Reality star Kylie, 28, is one of many A-listers partying up a storm at the first of two weekends of the Coachella music festival in Palm Springs, California.
Kylie looked chic in a range of low-cut tops that showed off her assets, but some fans grew concerned when they thought they noticed some unexplained dimples on one side.
“Her lovely lady lumps are…lumpy? What’s going on here?” wrote one person on Reddit.
Another added: “Why are her boobs lumpy? Didn’t she just get them done?”
And a third wrote: “I wonder if an implant ruptured.”
Kylie first revealed in 2023 that she had undergone a secret breast augmentation at 19 years ol.
Then last year she went into more specifics when TikTok influencer Rachel Leary asked her what sort of boob job she’d had done.
Kylie wrote in the comments of Rachel’s TikTok “445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!! silicone!!! garth fisher!!! hope this helps lol.”
Her surgeon Dr Garth Fisher, is a well-known celebrity doctor and is a longtime favourite of the Kardashian-Jenner clan.
While breast implant ruptures are rare, “silicone implants have greater health risks and should be removed without delay,” according to US non-profit Breast Cancer.Org.
“You might not realise that your implant has ruptured for a while, if at all.”
The organisation explained that signs of a rupture can include “changes in breast shape and size, and increasing pain, firmness, and swelling over a period of weeks.”
Kylie has been having a blast at Coachella and hosted friends at her huge Palm Springs mansion.
Worrying symptoms that can arise after a boob job
As with any surgery, complications can occur after getting breast implants.
According to the British Association of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (BAPRAS), complications occur in less than one in 100 operations.
These may include:
- Bleeding into the space around the implant, causing the breast to become swollen and taut
- Infection, causing redness, tenderness and discharge
- Asymmetry in the size, shape or position – though it’s important to understand that it’s never possible to make your breasts look exactly alike
- Stretch marks may develop after surgery, especially with larger implant sizes and veins may become more noticeable on the breast surface
- Scarring – after a boob job the body forms a scar, called a capsule around the implant that fixes it in place. In most people this is not obvious and the breast feels soft and looks natural, but for some the breast becomes very firm and round
- Rupture of the implant shell, causing a leak that may lead to a change in size, shape or consistency of the breast
Signs of Breast Implant Illness (BII)
The number of people reporting symptoms of BII seems to be growing, but doctors and researchers are still trying to understand what causes BII and how best to treat it.
Some experts believe BII symptoms may be caused by an autoimmune or inflammatory reaction to breast implants.
Symptoms can include:
- Chronic fatigue
- Joint and muscle pain
- Memory and concentration problems
- Breathing problems
- Sleep disturbance
- Rashes and other skin problems
- Dry mouth and dry eyes
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Headaches
- Hair loss
- Gastrointestinal problems

She was spotted partying with her sister Kendall Jenner and fellow model Hailey Bieber, who is also the wife of Coachella headliner Justin Bieber.
Kylie was excited to see Justin perform and turned up to Palm Springs wearing a long-tank with his face emblazoned on it.
Her and her friends also blasted Justin’s music throughout the house and she showed off her sparkly nails saying they were “giving Bieberchella” vibes.
Justin was the star of the show on Day Two andfollowed on from Sabrina Carpenter‘s glitzy glam Friday night set with a more low-key offering, appearing on stage at 11:25pm in a peach hoodie, black shorts and boots.
He kicked off his set with 2025 track All I Can Take before following it up with Speed Demon and First Place.
His recent tunes Walking Away and Petting Zoo also took precedence over some of his classic tracks including sorry.
Though the 26-track set, on a stage filled with smoke and a sloping grey stage, did see a spot for 2010 crowd-pleaser Baby and 2021 tune Stay, with The Kid LAROI making a surprise appearance for their duet.
