KELLY Osbourne has shared a cryptic post to her Instagram about “reactive abuse” as she continues to deal with grief and her shock split from her Slipknot star fiancé.
The daughter of Sharon and late rock legend Ozzy Osbourne parted ways from Sid Wilson just seven months after his romantic proposal.
Slipknot rocker Sid got down on one knee and popped the question backstage in an intimate moment watched by her famous parents, as the family attended late Ozzy’s last-ever Black Sabbath gig.
But all was not as it seemed with the pair having since called of their engagement.
A source told the Mail: “In truth, she and Sid have been facing challenges in their relationship for some time, and things were not as they appeared.”
Kelly has now left fans curious as she posted a cryptic Instagram reel about “abuse” to her stories.

The post said: “If you’ve ever been pushed past your breaking point, only for them to use your reaction as proof that you’re the abuser then this video is for you.
“There’s a term called reactive abuse, I hate the term but lets talk about what it means. Here’s what’s actually happening the abuser, the manipulator they’ll poke you, they’ll provoke you, they’ll gaslight you until your nervous system just can’t take it anymore.
“The second that you react suddenly they’re calm, they’re detached, they’re collected and you’re the crazy one. And they’ll tell people this is what I deal with as bait.”
The video described reactive abuse as “one sided,” “psychological warfare” about “control.”
Instagram users often repost videos and pictures on their stories when they relate to them.
While Kelly didn’t explain why she reposted the clip it comes exactly a week after her split from Sid, 48, was revealed.
“Kelly and Sid have decided to call off their engagement,” a source told the Mail.
“Kelly has been struggling following the loss of her father. The grieving process has been incredibly difficult, and she’s been doing everything she can to cope.
“They [Kelly and Sid] tried to make it work, particularly for the sake of their child, but ultimately decided that separating is the best path forward.”
The TV personality has recently opened up on her grief saying, “I am ill right now.”
She told fans: “My life has completely flipped upside down. I don’t understand why people expect me to bounce back and look like everything is just fine in my life when it’s not.”
Kelly’s dad, Ozzy Osbourne, tragically died on July 22 2025, after suffering a heart attack.
The legendary rocker had coronary artery disease in addition to suffering from Parkinson’s disease for years, his death certificate said.
