Kelly Brook has spoken candidly about her feelings on motherhood, admitting she would be devastated if her husband Jeremy Parisi went on to have children with someone else should their marriage not last.
The model and actress, 46, joined Christine Lampard, Nadia Sawalha and Jane Moore on Loose Women on Wednesday, where the discussion turned to family planning and how couples approach the subject of children.
Kelly, who married French model Jeremy in 2022, revealed that the couple made a conscious decision not to have children together, but admitted the reality still weighs on her mind.
‘The time has probably run out, I don’t know, I just have to get my head around it,’ she reflected.
She continued: ‘If our marriage doesn’t end up successful in the long term, how would I feel seeing him go on and have children with other people?
‘We made the decision early on that we wouldn’t have children, but I can’t say I wouldn’t be heartbroken.’

‘I met the love of my life so late, I met him at like 36!’ she said, adding that they had both agreed to prioritise a calmer lifestyle.
‘We just wanted a nice, peaceful life together,’ she admitted, explaining that neither she nor Jeremy felt drawn to the chaos of raising young children.
During the programme, Kelly also lightened the conversation by recalling a quirky teenage beauty ritual she once carried out for friends.
Of a girl who was just slightly on the periphery of her friendship group, she said: ‘I used to say come round to mine before we go out on a Friday, and I’d put her head on the ironing board, put a wet shirt over her head and straighten her hair with an iron!’ she laughed.
‘I wanted to do anything to include her and make her feel beautiful and part of the gang, you know?’
The episode also featured Penny Lancaster, who opened up about her own journey with husband Rod Stewart and their blended family.
Penny revealed the pair were upfront early on. ‘Rod and I were very transparent in the beginning, as everyone knows, he has a lot of children from multiple different mothers.

Penny (pictured with Rod in an older photo) revealed the couple were upfront early on, and later decided to have a child when reminiscing on the lives lost in 9/11
‘He said, “I’m excited we’re in this relationship together but I really don’t want to enter into another marriage and have children, I’ve had a lot of heartache.”
‘And I said to him: “That’s fine, I’m not in a position where I want to do that either, but I must also be honest, I have to have a child, I need that in my life, so let’s see where things go.”‘
She added that it was not until 2004, following a poignant conversation about the lives lost in 9/11, that Rod changed his mind.
‘We were reminiscing on all the children that could have been born from those who lost their lives and he looked at me and said, “let’s make a baby”.’
Becoming emotional, Penny added: ‘My biggest gift for my boy is having that lot as their siblings,’ as a photo of their blended family appeared on screen.
