KELL BROOK has shocked fans with an incredible body transformation ahead of a sensational return to boxing.
The 39-year-old Sheffield native has not competed since stopping Amir Khan at the AO Arena in Manchester in 2022.
But last year the star announced that he would be stepping back into the ring for the “Destiny in the Desert” card in Manchester, facing UAE prospect Eisa Al Dah.
The card is being put on in support of the Ricky Hatton Foundation, in memory of the iconic British fighter following his death last year.
And it is clear to see that Brook is taking the bout seriously, as he shared a look into his stunning transformation to get himself fit for the clash.
Trainer Dominic Ingle released a video showcasing the change on Instagram, claiming that the transformation occurred in just six months.
He showed some before and after clips, as well as giving fans a look into the gruelling gym regimen and work in the ring that has left him fighting fit.
Ingle captioned the video: “24 weeks ago a video was circulating that was believed to be an A.I image of Kell Brook back in training after 3 and a half years out of the ring.
“It was in fact the start of another fight camp. But what a transformation after nearly 6 months back in the gym and nearing his 40th Birthday in May.
“It’s all about turning up, trusting the process, following the plan and having self-belief, the results will come.

“Positioning yourself in world class facilities where the set up allows you to get the work done efficiently in familiar surroundings.”
Brook still has a few months to refine his skills ahead of the bout’s new July 18th date.
As the card’s desert-themed name would suggest, the fight was originally booked to be held in Dubai, with a date of April 11th as the target.
But due to rising tensions in the region, the fight had to be moved to the Manchester Arena, with the date pushed back by three months.
