KANYE West has unexpectedly issues an apology for his ‘impulsive behavior’.
The rapper, 48, has taken out an advert in the Wall Street Journal to formally apologize for his behavior and open up about his previous car accident and bipolar diagnosis.

Writing in the WSJ advert, the rapper, who is legally known as Ye, began his apology by touching on his car accident in 2002.
“Twenty-five years ago, I was in a car accident that broke my jaw and caused injury to the right frontal lobe of my brain,” he explained.
He went on, “At the time, the focus was on the visible damage—the fracture, the swelling, and the immediate physical trauma.
“The deeper injury, the one inside my skull, went unnoticed.”
