Jockey Clifford Lee rushed to hospital with neck injury after landing on his head in motorbike accident

JOCKEY Clifford Lee was rushed to hospital with a neck injury after crashing his motorbike.

He was driving under 10mph at the time of the accident.

Lee, 29, was driving cross-country on a motorbike while on holiday in Scotland.

His boss Karl Burke, provided a health update following the accident.

He told the Racing Post: “Cliff has had a bad fall. He’s suspended and he was on holiday in Scotland.

“He was on a cross-country motorbike. He wasn’t doing anything stupid.

“He was apparently going at less than ten miles an hour, but it flipped over and he landed on his head.

“He’s in hospital and we’re all thinking of him.”

Lee has enjoyed a breakthrough campaign in 2025 and is on the verge of reched 100 winners in a year for the first time.

He also rode his first Group One winner for the first time.
