The singer, 34, gave a first look as she dropped a trailer for the programme on Thursday, ahead of its release on February 13.
Jesy said the docu-series covers the ‘most painful’ time of her life as she went through pregnancy complications, including Twin-to-Twin Transfusion Syndrome, a rare, life-threatening condition and spent three months in hospital.
TTS is a serious condition in identical twins sharing one placenta, where abnormal blood vessel connections cause unequal blood flow, making one twin a ‘donor’ (losing blood) and the other a ‘recipient’ (gaining blood).
Earlier this month, Jesy revealed that her girls, who are eight-months-old, have been diagnosed with Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA1).
‘Spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) is a rare genetic condition that can cause muscle weakness. It gets worse over time, but there are medicines and other treatments to help manage the symptoms,’ according to the NHS website.

Earlier this month, Jesy revealed that her girls, who are eight-months-old, have been diagnosed with Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA1)
Heartbreaking scenes document the moment, Jesy and her now ex-fiancé Zion Foster, 27, are told by a doctor there is only a 5% chance both their daughters will survive to birth.
Another initiate clip from her three-month hospital stay, shows Jesy crying. She weeps: ‘I hate that my body is letting me down’.
Jesy’s mother, Janice, comments after watching her daughter’s terrifying pregnancy journey: ‘If something was to go wrong now. I dread to think what it would be like’ – unaware of what is to come.
Jesy also tells her side of the story of why she left Little Mix in December 2020, after nine years of being in the girl group.
She says, as a montage of her Little Mix days plays out on camera: ‘I have never spoken about this. I just always wanted to entertain people. It felt magical and then it very quickly isn’t. I have just always stayed quiet. I was the one that left.
‘I’ve really struggled keeping all of this in… Now I’m ready to tell my side of the story.
Little Mix rose to fame on The X Factor and their mentor Tulisa Contostavlos, 37, makes a cameo.
Tulisa says: ‘When you want something so bad, you are always blind to the negatives.’
Alongside the teaser, Jesy wrote: ‘Isn’t it crazy how the universe works, and how it’s all divine timing? Last year, I decided that when I fell pregnant, I wanted to document everything.
‘I wanted to let cameras into my life and my home, and film what I thought was going to be a really exciting, fun little experience into motherhood that me and my girls could one day sit down and watch back for memories when they are older.

‘But little did I know the journey I was about to embark on. From being told I was having twins, to then finding out I had TTTS, a rare condition that affects only a small percentage of identical twins and that my babies’ survival rate was next to nothing without treatment, to then living in hospital for three months, having my babies early, and being on the neonatal ward for over a month.
‘Bringing them home honestly felt like a dream, like we were finally out of the trenches.
‘It has honestly been one of the hardest, most painful times in my life that I’ve ever had to go through, let alone document. I’m so incredibly proud of this docu-series, and I cannot wait for my fans, and for everyone who has followed my journey, to see this.’
Jesy went on to say the documentary is so painful to watch following her twins’ diagnosis.
‘I’ll be completely honest… I’ve only ever watched this series once because it’s genuinely too emotional for me to watch right now,’ Jesy continued.
‘But when I did watch it, I saw everything through a completely different lens, now knowing what I know about my girls and their diagnosis. Nobody could have ever prepared me for what was about to come when I started filming.
‘But one thing I do know when watching it is how incredibly proud I am of my girls, and how utterly inspiring they are; from their resilience, their strength, their constant fight, and their sheer happiness that they show me day in, day out.
‘There may well come a time in the near future when my beautiful girls turn to me and say, “Mummy, I don’t think I can do that,” and if that day ever comes, I’ll sit them down in front of the TV and play them this footage. And I’ll turn to them and say, “My darlings, you CAN and you WILL!!!”

Ahead of the release, Jesy told Amazon: ‘We opened the doors fully, and I’m really looking forward to letting you all in as I navigate my way to becoming a first-time mum to our beautiful baby girls, Ocean and Story.
‘I’ll be honest, it’s not been easy as it’s been such a high-risk pregnancy, so you’ll see all the highs and lows and rollercoaster of emotions we have been going through.
‘I hope you will all join me on this journey as I really open up and say goodbye to the past and enter this new chapter in my life. I hope you love it as much as we do.’
Earlier this week it was reported Jesy had split from Zion, just weeks after revealing their eight-month-old twin daughters had been diagnosed with the severe neuromuscular disorder.
The former Little Mix star and rapper, who got engaged in September 2025 after three years together, will remain ‘united as co-parents’ despite ending their romantic relationship.
Considered the most severe form of SMA, Type 1 symptoms – which typically appear in infancy – include extreme muscle weakness, difficulties swallowing and respiratory issues.
Jesy is now campaigning for SMA1 screening at birth and has started a petition to get the condition added to the newborn blood spot screening test, also known as the heel prick test.
A source said: ‘She and Zion remain friends and are fully focused on their daughters.’
