JAMIE Laing’s mum has admitted she got caught sleeping with her boss.
But Penny Baines, who divorced Jamie’s father Nicholas when he was a toddler, also revealed that this wasn’t the first time she got frisky with a co-worker.

Speaking on a recent podcast episode of Nearly Parents with her son Jamie, 36, the hilarious blonde left viewers in hysterics with her cheeky confessions.
Whilst she admitted sleeping with her co-workers was an “embarrassing skeleton” that had previously been hidden in her closet, she described the experiences as “really good fun.”
It comes after the Made in Chelsea icon asked: “Can we tell our listeners something?”
Seconds later, the podcast host, who is currently expecting his first child with Sophie Habboo, 30, shared: “She slept with her boss.”

Despite looking embarrassed at her son’s words, Penny laughed: “It was really good fun.”
When asked to “let out” the story, Penny said: “No, absolutely not. Because people are still alive who were relevant then.
“I mean, he’s dead, but you know, other people are alive. They don’t want to know about it.”
But it wasn’t before long when Penny acknowledged: “I was really young. It was quite good fun.”
Jamie’s mother was working in London when it happened, as she highlighted: “I’ll tell you what happened. He wasn’t actually my boss at the time, but he was very senior in the company.
“And I was a lonely little sales director’s secretary.”
Confused Jamie then asked: “This is London?”, to which Penny spilled even more tea on her previous sexual encounters and confessed: “Oh, the other boss…”
In response, gobsmacked Jamie gasped: “Sorry. You’ve slept with two different bosses?! What the hell?”

The hilarious podcast snippet, which was posted on TikTok on the official @nearlyparents account, has clearly left many open-mouthed, as it has quickly racked up 655,300 views, 58,500 likes and 483 comments.
Social media users were “obsessed” with Jamie’s mum and flocked to the comments to hail her a “legend.”
One person said: “Jamie’s mum has got it going ON!”
Another added: “Love her. I want to be her friend!”
