ALFIE BURDEN climbed onto the snooker table to celebrate his £50,000 win the Snooker Shooutout.
The reigning World Seniors champion shocked Stuart Bingham in a thrilling snooker final on Saturday night – beating the Essex Potter 63-8 in front of a packed Blackpool crowd.

Burden, 48, ended a 30-year wait for a ranking title having first turned professional in 1994.
He dropped off the main tour in 2010 and retired in 2020, and has never been ranking higher than 38 in the world.
The Londoner, who spent two years at Arsenal as a youth before a serious leg break ended his ambition of being a pro footballer, was jubilant in celebrating his Shootout win.
It saw him scramble onto the table to toast his success.
And it stunned one commentator, who declared: “I’ve never seen a snooker player do this.”
Burden told TNT Sports after his win: “I’ve had a 30-year career and it has been mainly downs – I’ve underperformed – but tonight is a night for me.
“I’d like to thank all my family and friends for all the belief they’ve had in me. This is a special moment and I’m going to cherish it.”
Bingham graciously congratulated Burden on the victory, adding: “He looked so cool and calm all the way through. He played brilliantly from the start.”
