Fans believe it’s Alexander-Arnold’s destiny to play for Real

Real pose as the full-back’s likeliest destination following some intense interest from the reigning Spanish and European champions the last few months.

And Liverpool fans believe it’s the England international’s destiny to link up with Los Blancos this summer.

Supporters looked back at TAA’s first ever Instagram post and it showed him training with the Liverpool squad from the 2014-15 season at the Bernabeu.

The Merseysiders were visiting Real for a Champions League clash in the group stage and the right-back was included in Brendan Rodgers’ side on a supporting capacity at the age of 16.

The defender uploaded a photo showing him and then team-mates Rickie Lambert as well as Raheem Sterling practicing on the pitch of the esteemed stadium he may soon call home.

Alexander-Arnold included the following caption: “Training at the Bernabeu.”

And now some fans insist it was written in the stars as they revisited the pic and stormed social media.

One fan tweeted: “It was meant to be.”
