WINDOW cleaning isn’t always seen as the most glamorous profession – but those working outside the 42nd floor of Deansgate Square skyscraper get to enjoy an unexpected perk of the job.
Inside the luxury complex, dubbed Britain’s ‘OnlyFans towers’, cheeky millionaire influencer Belle Olivia is busy filming saucy scenes for her delighted fans – and says she’s all too happy to flash the fellas as she puts on a show.
An entourage of people crowd the diminutive Irish 23-year-old as she glides across the entrance hall of the highly swanky and prestigious skyscraper cluster in Manchester.
Belle is well known in the luxury development, where influencers reside at one of Manchester’s most sought after addresses.
But they are known for causing havoc, with wild parties that cause complaints from the nine-to-fivers who are unhappy with the loud music, sex and drugs.
Confident Belle, who goes by her OnlyFans handle, works hard for her money and is always ready to make content – even when it can prove controversial and a nightmare for the neighbours.
She said: “Manchester is the capital of OnlyFans and Deansgate Square is the best place to live.
“I have a few friends living here and we collaborate together. It’s great that we have our own community where we feel safe and among like-minded people.
“People here know there are OnlyFans models and everyone gets on with it because the building is filled with young creatives who have plenty of money.”
Belle’s apartment costs £3,000 a month. She shares it with her partner of three years – and some-time OnlyFans partner-in-crime – Harry Offord, 26, known as Turbo Haych.
“I love to party,” said Belle. “Parties can happen any day of the week and at any time. If I have any drink with friends we’ll tend to make it Irish.
“We go out raving, I’m very big on the rave scene and love the sex, drugs and music.
“When I go out I’ll announce where I’m going on social media and I will get spotted when I’m out. I’m a bit of a celebrity. I’ll try and make as much content as I can, with me being filmed in action on a night out.
“You’d be surprised how many people like it when I’m together with Harry.
“I often get thrown out of places for getting up to no good, but my subscribers love that. It happens all the time.
“I’ve been thrown out of festivals for filming in tents and even been told to get out of portaloos.
“I was thrown out of a studio just this morning. I hired the room for a photoshoot but they didn’t like that I was connected to OnlyFans so they kicked us out and made us delete all the photos. Some brands will not be connected to us and are salty about it.
“Thankfully Deansgate isn’t like this at all. We are all welcome here, even if we do throw noisy parties. My friend has a four-bed apartment and they have a massive speaker and they get so many complaints.”
Belle said that parties back at her place can often turn into “opportunities for spontaneous content”.
“That’s what people like about me. I’m spontaneous and real. This is nothing like porn, it’s not scripted and false. It is all real,” she says.
”Even when I’m not partying I’m still up all night working. I am a night owl and working across so many time zones is a 24-hour job.”
Miami vice
The huge-windowed flats have great lighting for video footage and thankfully the new apartment she’s recently moved into in the East block doesn’t overlook other high rises.
“At least this way nobody is getting anything for free,” said Belle.
Belle was raised in Dublin and began her OF career as soon as she left school at 18. She is at the height of her career and has been reported to pull in six-figure sums PER MONTH.
Her most-viewed video was filmed in Miami and raked in 56million views.
She pays Claudie Rutter, 26, and Charlotte Green, 27, of social media company Girl Next Door to run her many accounts, using them to raise profile of her OF activity.
Photographer Brad Bennett, 27, is also on her payroll and she spends an awful lot on giant shopping sprees and Amazon hauls when she feels stressed.
She said: “I use the gym a lot here to keep trim and will often go downstairs into the quiet areas to work on my admin.
“But the best thing for me here is the security. I’ll sometimes get quite scary messages, from men who think I’m fair game for anything, but I know the security in here is on it and people who don’t live here won’t get past the door. I feel incredibly safe.”
‘Absolute nightmare at night’
Belle Olivia’s East-wing apartment is one of three, alongside the South and North buildings, that are connected by a central reception. The West building is self-contained and a short walk away.
The South building is the tallest building in Manchester at 200m and 67 storeys high.
The North building boasts a luxurious, spacious sun terrace. It has two floors of gym and a giant infinity pool. All included in the rental price.
It has great communal areas where residents can work, spend time together and drink coffee. There is a coffee shop which turns into a bar by night.
Amazon parcels are delivered to reception and stay safe until residents pick them up.
There are dining facilities available to hire to host dinner parties and events outside of homes.
There are personal trainers to hire, private chefs to prepare and laundry services available for those willing to shell out for them.
Love Islanders and footballers reside there, but keep their residency low key, using private entrances to come and go. Ex-Manchester City ace Sergio Aguero snapped up a £4million duplex in the development in 2021.
One resident, who does presenting work for TV and didn’t want to be named, said: “I really can’t knock Deansgate as a place to live. It has a wonderful community feel and it’s full of young and hip people but it can be an absolute nightmare at night.
“I don’t want to get in trouble with others because I do have to live here but there are always parties and it’s awful when you’ve got work in the morning and you have to get by on two hours sleep.
“It can be quite a surreal place to live and is strange to get your head round. The conversations you can overhear in the sauna from the OnlyFans crowd can make your toes curl.”
Turkey teeth
Young entrepreneur Harry Bourne, 20, who runs his Amazon returns company Pallet Players, said: “I live here solely to network.
“I was speaking to a fella the other day and he was a designer at Bentley. It’s great for business.”
Harry’s own journey to Deansgate began when he joined OnlyFans as an 18-year-old so that he would get kicked out of the Army to be able to pursue his career.
He said: “OnlyFans was great for a while. I’m a straight guy and filled a gap in the market for gay men to fantasise about being with a straight man.
“It earned me a lot of money and paid for my teeth in Turkey and got me into Deansgate but now my business is making enough money to pay for everything I need.

“It’s such a good place to live, the ladies love it. I live with my business partner George Phillips, 21, and it’s a right bachelor pad. We think it’s like a posh university halls because it’s got that much going on.
“There’s always a party to go to. I’ve been to some on the top floor where they’re such big apartments and there’ve been about 100 people there. Totally mad.
“I don’t drink or take drugs so I don’t tend to have parties back here, we like to look after it here and we also like to keep the place tidy and ready for work.
“We have our work set up and we can’t let anybody spill drinks there.
“We still get complaints from our neighbour about noise because he gets up at 5am so he says we are too noisy. We have a super woofer soundbar on the TV but we do try our best to keep it down. We are hard-working guys.
“We also work in promotions for a local club and get paid to bring in the ladies. We go to executive clubs where it’s a minimum of £2,000 spend, the women drink free because they encourage the fellas to spend.
“You find most people in these apartments are not even from Manchester, there are a lot of students from Kuwait and people who’ve moved from London to come to Manchester to be with the creatives.
“London is the financial district and Manchester is where it’s at. Manchester is much friendlier.”
My tutor told me I have chosen money over morals
Pomona Wragge-Morley
The boys pay around £3,000 a month, which includes the £200pm for a parking spot and bills.
But Harry, known as @Haxzy on his socials, got rid of his car and has an electric scooter so he can get to the sunbed shop.
He said: “The most annoying thing is the cranes from all the building work going on. It starts early morning and is never ending. I’m on the 10th floor and we hear everything from the city. It’s quite noisy.”
A further skyscraper is mid-construction next door with more planned to fill the open space surrounding the square.
Between 2018 and 2024, 27 skyscrapers were built across Manchester, accommodating more than 60,000 people. There are a further 20 under construction and 51 more at the planning stage.
Only Fans creator Pomona Wragge-Morley, 25, from Surrey, has lived on the 49th floor of the North wing with other OF mates Chloe and Josh Stone after moving in with them two months ago.
It feels peaceful at such a height.
She said: “I did OnlyFans to fund myself through university. I used to work at Greggs but I suffer with anxiety and found it hard. OnlyFans is easier because it’s something I can do on my own.
“I studied psychology at Bournemouth and got a 2:1. I then did a masters in psychology and was considering what to do for my career. I wanted to be a psychologist but I had to have a healthcare placement while studying for my doctorate. I decided to do OnlyFans full time instead.
“My tutor told me I have chosen money over morals.
The Mother Of Only Fans (And CEO)
Keily Blair, CEO of OnlyFans
Mum-of-two Keily stepped into the role of CEO at OnlyFans in July 2023 and has been a strong advocate for women’s “choice” when it comes to their careers, finances, and bodies.
While OnlyFans is often hailed as a feminist platform that allows women to take control of their own wealth and sexual agency, it’s also been criticised for hosting risky content that puts some users in vulnerable positions.
In a recent interview, Keily shared her belief in personal autonomy: “I fundamentally believe that people should be able to make choices about what they do.
“I think, as a society, and particularly women, we’ve had a lot of people telling us what we can do, with our bodies, with our jobs, with our money, with our lives. I have no interest in that.”
“But really it is so hard to give up when you’re used to the lifestyle. I earn around £20-£30,000 a month. I like to eat at nice restaurants and love nice clothes.
“Chloe isn’t here because she woke up this morning and said ‘I’m off to Milan, byeeee’.
“This year I’ve been to LA, Miami, Vegas, Ibiza, Corfu and Malta.
“We live here in a gorgeous apartment and pay £4,500 between us. It’s a beautiful place to live.
“I am good friends with Belle so we do a lot of collabs together. It is a great opportunity to be with like-minded friends together. Us girls do a lot together. My friends from home would not be able to afford to do what we do.
I used to work in a hairdressers earning £1,500 a month and now I earn ten times that
Josh Stone
“We also meet up at each other’s apartments and thrash out ideas of what we can do next.
“I’ve never lived anywhere like this, it’s great for content. The light in here is amazing. I’ve lived in a dingy flat before and I used to have to hire Airbnbs to have somewhere nice to create. Now I can do it all in my own home.
“We are in a safe space here. People don’t mind that we do OnlyFans, as long as we keep it to our own spaces.
“There are a lot of influencers here so nobody bats an eyelid if you’re standing in the lobby with a ring light and a tripod.
“There’s always somebody around who you know so if you’re ever feeling lonely you can wander downstairs and see who is around. It’s more chill than you’d imagine living somewhere that is so expensive. Not all business types.”
Mini London
Housemate Josh Stone, 19, has been doing OnlyFans for a year now.
Josh, from Essex, said: “I used to work in a hairdressers earning £1,500 a month and now I earn ten times that.”
He met Chloe, from Scotland, in Marbella and they decided to move in together in Manchester and chose Deansgate as the best place to live.
“Being around here is like being in a mini London. There are loads of swanky bars and restaurants around here because everything is on your doorstep
“When we moved in we had a couple of parties. I bought a giant speaker that I can’t use anymore because we got complaints from someone above or below.
“We still have friends back for quiet nights but no parties.
“There’s such a great mix of people here. People know we are the OnlyFans lot, but there are families and foreign students, professional business types and TikTok creators.
“If there’s any mayhem to be caused in the apartments it’s usually us doing it. Whenever we come home from a drunken night out you can bet we’ve lost our key and we have to be let in by the concierge.
“Sometimes I have to pinch myself that I live here. I can’t believe what I used to earn to what I earn now.
“Our tenancy comes up in June but we don’t know if we’re going to renew it yet, we’re thinking we might go travelling instead, who knows.”
Jordan Smith, the 30-year-old founder of content creator agency, Rebel, said: “This is where the magic is made.
“Manchester has become a hub for creators. It’s well-connected, there are investors and opportunities here. But it’s also great for creators as they can collaborate and make content with one another.”
