JAKE PAUL has built a stunning £30MILLION ranch boasting of a lake for jet skiing, dirt track and his own boxing gym.
The YouTuber-turned-prizefighter has made over £200MILLION since transforming from social media star to professional boxer.
And that has afforded him a £13m mansion in Puerto Rico – where he relocated in 2021.
But in June, Paul dropped £30m on a ranch in Georgia, which has has slowly transformed into a millionaire’s boys club.
The ranch spans over 6,000 acres and includes a lake for water sports like jet skiing and wake surfing as well as an ATV track for off-roading.
Paul even plans to build an airstrip to land his private jet – which he bought for £30m in February.
He said: “I built this place for me, my friends, business partners and for you guys to all experience and I want you guys to go on this journey with me.”
Paul has several businesses but the bulk of his earnings come through boxing.
And to keep the money coming in, he has ensured a boxing gym has been built on the ranch.
He said: “This is going to be the best barn gym when it’s done.

“It’s rustic, it’s got that old school look. There’s a ring in the back where I’m sparring all of the time.”
Paul, 28, used the gym for his June win over ex-middleweight world champion Julio Cesar Chavez Jr, 39.
But for his last fight in December against Anthony Joshua, 36, he trained back home in Puerto Rico, where he has a custom £3m gym.
Paul lost to AJ in round six, suffering a broken jaw in the process which required surgery although he has vowed to fight on.
But in the meantime, he can recover on his stunning land… once he finally makes his way there.
The driveway up on the ranch is THREE MILES long, with Paul taking advanatage by racing his Lamborghini up and down the path.
Explaining his decision to buy in Georgia, he said: “There were a couple of things that I needed to be able to do on this dream investment property of mine.
“And that is be on a lake where you can wake surf, jet skis, go crazy. I also want to build an airstrip so it needed to have flat land to be able to land a full-size jet and also to build a racetrack.
“A lot of properties in certain places like Tennessee, all these things have too many valleys there’s not enough flat land.
“And then I didn’t want it to ever get cold. I had been to my brother’s ranch that he has and the weather changes every minute because it’s in the mountains a lot of these months have six months of winter.
“I wanted to be able to come to this property all year round and have good weather.”
Georgia has highs of 40°C in the summer and can sit at 8°C in the winter.
Paul has built his dad Greg a house on the land and plans to add a barn-style home for himself.
He does already have a NINE bedroom lodge house on the property – but it is undergoing renovation – and even has his own gas station to fuel his cars.
Paul plans to build an F1 track on the land and add properties so that he can start a members club.
He said: “We will be putting an airstrip to land the global express Paul Air.
“This will be a full on landing strip where we can land the plane. This goes for about a mile and a half this way and we will be weaving in an a full on F1 throughout this area where it’s completely flat.
“I have these nice cars, everyone has nice cars but then they’re just driving them on the highway. I wanted to do things in reverse.
“Build the racetrack so I can actually drive the cars and then continue to grow my car collection to have the fastest cars and even some race cars.
“But, I’m going to turn this into a membership club where people can have houses on the track, have their cars in the garage, have their own space to live and be able to use the track whenever they want, land the plane on the airstrip and create this sort of race club.”
